For the past five years, we had been using the ShippyPro application for generating our shipping labels. We decided to try UPS's native application, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The app is user-friendly, seamlessly integrated with Shopify, and easily customizable to fit our needs. We requested an additional feature (package weight transfer), and it was implemented within 48 hours. Whenever we needed assistance, Ruben responded immediately, guiding us step by step and ensuring our issue was resolved before letting go. Congratulations to the team!

Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly. This was easily organised with UPS and helped us avoid making some rookie mistakes in future. What we really appreciate is that this app has been developed by UPS and not by a third party. We have a lot of different products with different weights and sizes and therefore use a range of different packaging boxes. This is easily set up in the settings, on top of the standard UPS Express boxes. These settings make processing a lot quicker than what we were used to. Collection of parcels is easily organised through the Pick-Up function and commercial invoices for international shipping are printed 3-fold by default, as required by US and non-EU European countries. Automated notifications keep our customers and ourselves informed regarding track and trace and delivery, which is a great service. All in all, very happy with this app. And support is readily available for troubleshooting.

I had issue printing the ZPL format labels, I setup a call with the support team, they gave a solution and within 15 minutes I was able to print labels. Thank you.

The app works great and is pretty easy to use! Also the 2 times i needed help, i got my issues resolved quick! No joke here, they really care about their users!

We are just starting to use the UPS Dashboard app with Shopify. The customer support is fast and efficient, and also very kind - we have been assisted by Ruben. All our initial doubts have been resolved. The system is very practical and it saves us a lot of time in creating shipping labels and also following up on incidences with the delivery.

I had an issue as my orders had not been uploaded to UPS dashboard through our shopify app. Ruben from support team was amzing and solved the issue at no time. Thank you for amazing customer service and support!!

App works great! Support is fast. I had a few suggestions for improvement, and they've added it to roadmap. Keep up the good work! :)

Doesn't support checkout rates, so there was no way to expose UPS to customers, and it tried charge me literally 3-4x as much for UPS shipping labels as Shopify's built-in UPS labels. This app was charging more for the slowest UPS service than Shopify charged for the fastest UPS service! Completely absurd.
Hello, thank you for your message. The app does not advertise that it supports Checkout Rates. The Dashboard requires you to use your own UPS Account Number. The app itself does not deal with rates at all, it loads your (discounted) rates with your UPS Account Number. You can reach out to your UPS Account Manager to discuss the pricing. The app does not have any influence on this. While buying labels via Shopify, you're using Shopifys discounted rates. The App doesnt work as smooth as it should vs their competition. The main issues Ive seen are reading orders incorrectly from Shopify (especially with orders with several items) and certain orders dont get auto-fulfilled in Shopi when printing labels in the app (and we still dont know whats triggers this problem). Eitherway, this happens in a short amount of orders but I think it should get improvements. Regarding the CS support, the service has been great and helpful.

WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH NOT BEING ABLE TO CONNECT WITH OUR UPS DASHBORAD THROUGH OUR SHOPIFY APP. BUT WITH A LITTLE HELP FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM WE GOT IT FIXED AND ALL BACK RUNNING SMOOTHLY. THANKS FOR YOUR GREAT SUPPORT

I've not been using the app very long, but so far I've had a good experience with it and customer support was extremely helpful in resolving the one issue I had.

This app is good and the support is very helpful. Started off with several issues but these were resolved quickly by the support team. Once set up correctly, it is very quick to book shipments and saves me alot of time. There are still some things that could be improved and introduced including: -Removing orders from the 'orders' section when they have already been fulfilled in Shopify (e.g. when fulfilled by another shipping provider). -Also it would be really helpful to have some sort of self service returns portal for customers to submit return requests and use the UPS shipping rates. This would really help and encourage me to use the integration more for returns (I currently use another 3rd party app for returns).

I want to use this app, but it ALWAYS incorrectly rates our shipping costs even as we've tried multiple times to synch it to our UPS account. We've become accustomed to this. However, the app often loses synchronization with Shopify and we are unable to fulfill orders received in time for EOD shipping. Kind of sucks when the UPS driver has to come back the next day because the app doesn't work.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is absolutely horrible and the customer service is no better. We have created an account then the next day we are not able to login and when you try to create an account it says email already used but when try to reset password you never receive the link to reset the password. I recommend just going through UPS website and doing what you need to do because this app does not do anything and the support is terrible two thumbs down zero stars. DO NOT DOWNLOAD
