Hello, thank you for using the App. The UPS Dashboard app does not support displaying rates in the Checkout. The Dashboard works in a way that it synchronizes your orders from your Shopify store to the Dashboard. On the Dashboard you can in bulk create labels, return labels, use paperless invoice, schedule pickups and many more features. We provide another App for displaying UPS Checkout Rates in Shopify. Hello, thank you for your message. The app does not advertise that it supports Checkout Rates. The Dashboard requires you to use your own UPS Account Number. The app itself does not deal with rates at all, it loads your (discounted) rates with your UPS Account Number. You can reach out to your UPS Account Manager to discuss the pricing. The app does not have any influence on this. While buying labels via Shopify, you're using Shopifys discounted rates.
