I want to use this app, but it ALWAYS incorrectly rates our shipping costs even as we've tried multiple times to synch it to our UPS account. We've become accustomed to this. However, the app often loses synchronization with Shopify and we are unable to fulfill orders received in time for EOD shipping. Kind of sucks when the UPS driver has to come back the next day because the app doesn't work.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is absolutely horrible and the customer service is no better. We have created an account then the next day we are not able to login and when you try to create an account it says email already used but when try to reset password you never receive the link to reset the password. I recommend just going through UPS website and doing what you need to do because this app does not do anything and the support is terrible two thumbs down zero stars. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Be aware that this app is NOT UPS or an official UPS app, despite its name. I wasted A LOT of time installing and setting it up, only to find out they can't provide labels for some UPS services, including Ground Saver and SurePost. That's fine, but it needs to be stated in the description here or at the least on the app itself, as many businesses in the U.S. use these services.

Please communicate with us so that we better understand your use case and if this can be handled with this App. Currently it seems like you're not producing any online orders but more through the Shopify POS in your brick&mortar store. The app is very streamlined and saves our business a lot of time with processing orders and the support staff is very helpful, Ruben Miller especially. I would definitely consider this app if you end up feeling stuck in shipping processes.

Fast customer support. The app is simple but works great. We use it in orders that require to be divided into more than 1 box/label.
