Great app, easy to set up, good Shopify integration (vice versa) and creating shipping labels is a breeze. I use the app for a week now, the few questions that I had and asked through the support button, were answered very fast and adequate. The most 'difficult' thing to do was creating a UPS account which I didn't have yet . I will use the app only for international shipping labels from The Netherlands to mainly the USA, Canada and Australia, and so far this works without flaws, and with good shipping rates (much better than the rates through for instance the Sendcloud app). If I had one improvement wish (for now), it would be the possibility to add more products to the automatically created commercial invoice (I sometimes add a free product to a parcel), without having to adjust a Shopify order.

The UPS app is super user-friendly and checks-off all the boxes. Ruben from UPS is second to none when it comes to providing quick and effective assistance on any issue needed. Would be proud to have Ruben on my team.

Reuben's app support is very thorough. App works most of the time. UPS customer service is awful. High % of Mail goes missing or is up to 2 weeks late

Excellent customer support. They respond quickly and resolve your issues. The only thing I haven't figured out yet is how the "UPS rules" work. I suggest updating the videos available on YouTube as they are outdated and adding more new tutorials. Thank you.

He has solved a few of the issues I had when setting up and after the set up too, even when I needed to reimport orders I had deleted. Always super quick and super polite. I initially had some reservations about using the UPS app in Shopify, but all my concerns were promptly addressed by Ruben from UPS. His helpful email guidance (such as how to input poly mailer dimensions correctly) made all the difference in my decision to give UPS a try. In the past, I relied all my shipping on USPS. However, it seems like UPS offers slightly better rates for bulkier shipments. So I'm excited to test out UPS for my upcoming shipments!

The app works just like it should. I had problems printing my labels and they fixed it. They are also considering my recommendations for rule adjustments to make it function better. All this without an extra payment for service. Plus my rates are better!!!!

Not working at all, keep on crashing, tried several times to uninstall it and doing it on several browser ... same issue *** Updated review *** After writing my 1 star review, I've been contacted very quickly by the support. I was lucky enough to be understood and helped by the VERY efficient : Yassir Kaissoumi and I am happy to write his name here so other people can refer to him to have a good, quick and efficient solution. We fixed my issue in the next 24h. I don't give a 5 stars because of the original experience and because the process is definitely not user friendly and system messages are confusing leading to mistakes (what happened here in this case). I still had a couple of issues in particular with being able to see all my orders in may Shopify app, and this evening it is finally correct. I really am thankful for the quality of the service provided after my bad review and I encourage people to ask for support because it is a good quality one.

Großartiger Support! Wir hatten anfangs Probleme mit dem Einrichten unseres Druckers. Auf unsere Anfrage über den Chat wurde prompt reagiert und Ruben hat das Problem in Kürze gelöst. Auch weitere kleinere Fragestellungen wurden von. Ruben umgehend zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit beantwortet. Endlich mal ein Service der verlässlich und kompetent ist. Das Dashboard funktioniert fehlerfrei und die Prozesse laufen rund. Durch die Möglichkeit über die Voreinstellungen unsere Parameter fest zu hinterlegen, ist die Erstellung von Versandaufträgen eine Sache von wenigen Klicks. Danke noch mal an Ruben!

Agree with all other feedback to date. the app significantly reduces our processing time (compared to ups.com website) and reduces opportunity for human error copying from one system to another. We can continue to manage growth in-house for a greater period, before taking the leap to 3PL support. Rubens support has been fantastic with a refreshing approach, listening to customers needs and making instant improvements to the system if needed, most unexpected for a large company such as UPS, can't recommend highly enough.

ok - Ruben is the absolute BEST! I had originally downloaded the app and couldn't get any printers to show (we use a Zebra GC420d). So I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it hoping this would help. One thing lead to another and the app got really messed up. Ruben helped fix all the issues I had created by uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. App now works great! If you have any issues with your printer not being found, do not uninstall the app - simply send support a message and they will walk you through a quick process to get everything synced! I would highly recommend this app if you want to use your own UPS shipping account with Shopify. Thanks again Ruben - you are the very best! This app is a partner of UPS.
