Its been really easy to install and operate. The customer service are very responsive. Very happy so far

Be aware that this app is NOT UPS or an official UPS app, despite its name. I wasted A LOT of time installing and setting it up, only to find out they can't provide labels for some UPS services, including Ground Saver and SurePost. That's fine, but it needs to be stated in the description here or at the least on the app itself, as many businesses in the U.S. use these services.

could not connect account
Hello, we've been trying to reach back to you 5 times but did not hear back from you. Please communicate with us so that we better understand your use case and if this can be handled with this App. Currently it seems like you're not producing any online orders but more through the Shopify POS in your brick&mortar store. The app is very streamlined and saves our business a lot of time with processing orders and the support staff is very helpful, Ruben Miller especially. I would definitely consider this app if you end up feeling stuck in shipping processes.

Fast customer support. The app is simple but works great. We use it in orders that require to be divided into more than 1 box/label.

As far as customer service goes, UPS has shown great effort in responding on time and dealing with the issue, along with following up to help & guide.

I'm not sure I've ever left a review for anything for, but this app and the team that supports it deserves one! Its easy to setup, easy to use, and it works. I had a few missing features- printing labels from the app, and scheduling a pickup- and Ruben got back to me very quicky (1hr or less) to fix my issues and set us up for a successful product launch day. Thanks! I'll continue to use!
