I am going to be using SellEasy shortly, but I just wanted to mention that the support was excellent. Kirthana (sp) was patient and very willing to assist. I am excited to launch in 24hrs and to see what this app can do to assist with sales. Thank you.

The add to cart function was not working. The support didnt care and took 10 min. to write any message. So I wasted almost an hour without any solution or any information when a solution is expected. Looks to me like the employees just didnt care, try to waste time! Its a risk to relie on such an app, when not even basic functionality is working and this useless support structure!

The Selleasy app is great! It has all the features you need for upselling and easy to navigate. Even when I had questions, getting on a call with their customer support was very easy. Trissha, who was the customer support officer I spoke to, was extremely helpful and provided me with clear explanations and showcased exactly what I needed to do in order to ensure my store was functioning well with the app. Would highly recommend!
