Chase The Deals - I started using this app on a Saturday and didn't expect anyone to answer me. I got an immediate answer and solution to my problem. I wanted to know how to make my product pictures and the pictures of the "frequently purchased together" items look separate, so people knew they were buying an extra item, and they helped me very quickly. I haven't gotten to see if the app will help with conversions yet, but I will add an update later.

OK so you’re trying to decide if it’s worth trying out this upsell app. Read on. I’ve tried a lot of upsell apps, and for a long while I was using Zipify OCU. It was great. But, my needs changed (like handling multi-currency percentage discounts for pre-purchase). Zipify team said it was on their roadmap and that was that. No plans to make it work. So I jumped ship and tried Upsell & Cross Sell Kit. Loved the customisability and simplicity - but it didn’t work with multi-currency. This is the bit that gets good… the customer support and dev team behind this app are PHENOMENAL. They heard my request and looked into it straight away. They kept me updated at every step and, as far as I can tell - worked 24 hours round the clock to make it happen. And they did. But being an annoying customer - I had just added another app that conflicted with it. Again I asked if they could see if they could make it work. And again, within 12 hours they had released an update JUST FOR ME to make it work. I am blown away. I’ve never worked with such a passionate, fast-moving and highly communicative app team before. So if you’re thinking about installing this app and you run into any trouble - or have some specific need - don’t hesitate to ask. They will bend over backwards for you. I’m now a very happy customer and the app is working perfectly. Oh and the implementation is amazing. Blinding fast load times and a really elegant technical approach. Zipify feels bloated and clunky in comparison. So if you care about your stores’ UX then that’s another reason to give this app a go.

Excellent product and top class support. The team was fast to respond and made live tweaks for us to get the implementation working exactly as needed. Highly recommended! UPDATE: We had some follow up questions about how to do another customised function with the app and the team quickly jumped in and completed the work for us. Amazing service and super helpful team to work with. We're recommending the app to all store owners we speak with.

I contacted support with an issue on the dashboard side. The response and solution was very quick. Plus, they gave me some suggestions and tweaked the app to better adapt it to my theme and other apps I have installed. Truly this is above and beyond, didn't realized I needed those changes. Possibly the best customer service, I've ever experienced. Every theme is different and not all apps will work right off the bat with your theme. The response team took 5 star care of my site. They responded to my messages in less than a minute and I was in a zoom call with a customer rep in less than less than 3 minutes. They took notes of my problem and fixed it in less than 24 hrs. Truly the best app experience Ive had. Oh and the app works amazing as well. Does it everything it needs to do.

Easy to use, provides exactly what we are looking for in an upsell app addon to our website. Support was quick to set up a zoom conference with a question that we had in regards to using the app. Can't wait to see how it works once we have our website up and running.

We have been using this app for only 2 days now but already seen tremendous success and conversions (yes, you can track and measure conversions from this app). The customer service is A+ - Stellar and Unmatched. Especially since this is a Free App, we have never seen such great support and we have used many third-party vendors, app and plugins before.
