Possibly the best customer service, I've ever experienced. Every theme is different and not all apps will work right off the bat with your theme. The response team took 5 star care of my site. They responded to my messages in less than a minute and I was in a zoom call with a customer rep in less than less than 3 minutes. They took notes of my problem and fixed it in less than 24 hrs. Truly the best app experience Ive had. Oh and the app works amazing as well. Does it everything it needs to do.

Easy to use, provides exactly what we are looking for in an upsell app addon to our website. Support was quick to set up a zoom conference with a question that we had in regards to using the app. Can't wait to see how it works once we have our website up and running.

We have been using this app for only 2 days now but already seen tremendous success and conversions (yes, you can track and measure conversions from this app). The customer service is A+ - Stellar and Unmatched. Especially since this is a Free App, we have never seen such great support and we have used many third-party vendors, app and plugins before. Upsell & Cross Sell kit is fantastic. We've tried a dozen of these type of apps and the this one is simply a cut above the rest. The team at LogBase are incredibly flexible and agile - they went above and beyond to help us implement a customized solution for our site. Does exactly what it says, 4 different places to upsell, all can be toggled! Proactive support that will customize the look for you. I hope they will add another way to apply discounts in the future since often customers already have a discount.

This has to be one of the best FREE apps available, it is an easy set-up, looks very stylish and the team behind it offer a premium support service. There were a few issues with my theme, to begin with, but the response was immediate with the live chat and they added some custom CSS to get it looking exactly how we wished, they even contacted another app developer (Exemptify) to integrate and display prices as per IP address to show the price including the VAT depending on the country. The Amazon-style "Frequently brought together" bundle is amazing. Don't hesitate to add the wonder app to your collection. UPDATED 10/04/23 Once again the developers were able to swiftly fix a styling issue we had and all was dealt with professionally with backup emails and support Big shout out to Janani who was amazing in the latest edit UPDATED 29/05/25 Once agian this is proving to be one of the best apps to compliment your store. They recently made some updates and have so many new crosssell and upsell widget that are stylish and easy to customize and will add significant value. Big thanks especailly to Mani who was extremly support in some little tweaks and issue we had Great work guys
