Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

Ok..the app is like PERFECT! I was looking for an upsell app for my crochet course, and it took me literally 5 minutes to set it up in both languages (english and french). No bug, super intuitive and easy to use!! And I like that the pricing depends of your sale, as a small business owner, its really appreciated :) I recommend it to everyone!

Great value for money, easy to set up and customer service was helpful & speedy! Best features for us are the "Frequently Bought Together" and post-checkout upsell to boost average order value.

I got great support in setiing up the look and customization to match my website, very kind proffesional work, when something wasn't resolved on the spot they opened a ticket and came to me resolved. I guess i need to learn which products go togther however with only a couple of offers set up I already had a concersion, I recommend this one with a whole heart

Easy to use and good customer support! Had our first upsell after within 24hrs of it being active without even promoting it!

Service was beyond expected. Literally got a response within a few seconds of reaching out, and getting done all the small adjustments we requested to match the upsell with our website design. Moved over this as it was both cheaper and better than candycrack. Basically does the same as candycrack but has several additional functions.

So happy with this app so far! I've only been using it for 2 or 3 days and have had 5 people use it. I would say I wish there was a simpler way to select products via tags rather than having to click each individual product as I have so many products. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Exemtrely helpful and easy app. The developers have really thought of everything. Whenever I had a technical question, they had an answer and a solution already built in. And the support is outstanding. Super fast and helpful. I love this app!

I appreciate the ability to have a zoom call to help setup and customize the app. That is really nice.

Great app for adding add ons to products. Good customer service to help with any issues. Haven't tested any other features yet.

Très réactif, très agréable. Nous attendons de voir l'impact sur l'activité pour décider de conserver ou non cette app mais jusqu'à présent nous sommes très contents de sa mise en place.

Updated: The app keeps saying it is typical, however, I've tested this in a few ways and it still stalls. Even after click the x it just stays on that screen. After deleting the app, my sales came back, if you are wondering why you are not getting any sales after installing. I would test by deleting the app to see if it was the app. the app was great to use before but you need to go through the process like your customers. I have been trying to get the issue fixed whenthe customer x out of the option but it just spins. It ruins the experience and people are leaving the website. I tested another pop up and it would take about 3-5 just to close. Sadly, I will be deleting the app.
