Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy

Eigentlich sehr einfach zu installieren und Kampagnen zu erstellen. Da ich unsicher war, habe ich zur Unterstützung ein Zoom-Meeting angefragt und Keerthana hat mir sehr schnell geholfen, meine Kampagne entsprechend aufzusetzen. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

I spoke with Kriti to set up upsells inside my cart drawer. Besides being the only app I’ve found so far that can integrate upsells directly inside the existing cart drawer, without creating a completely custom drawer cart from scratch, which is exactly what I was looking for, the app is also very intuitive. Kriti, who assisted me, was incredibly kind and, above all, super precise. In just a few minutes, I was able to install everything without any issues. A big thank you to Kriti for her amazing support!

Fast and thorough response from Gokulnath today, helped me understand how the app works, greatly appreciated! Wonderful responsive support, however the app has limitations in terms of what products can be added to the bundle when trying to create a campaign at collection level. Can be customised very well at product level, but that is a lot of manual work, not sure I would want to go that route.

The interface and features are great, but what’s truly amazing—and what surprised me the most—is the live chat with customer support. Suriyaa helped me out, and within a couple of minutes we resolved the issue, and now I have what I needed up and running. 10/10. It works perfectly, and the support is top-notch.

App is great, although my english is not very good, Keerthana was very patient and explained everything step by step, more than once everytime, and now the upsell is making money everyday on my store, thanks!
