i went thru 3 apps to finally find Selleasy. What was important to me was access to a human for help (i'm oldschool). they offer a chat & zoom to help you. Also i'm able to set up my site the way i need to. Just got off a zoom with Trissha. She was so kind, informative and patient with me.
Boomika was extremely helpful in resolving the issue we had and improving UX for our customers

I've spent more hours than I'd like to admit trying to enable what I thought was a relatively simple upsell in our mobile cart. I took it as far as I could... and then scheduled a call with Keerthana. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable -- and wouldn't quit until the new feature was absolutely perfect for us. This is a review for customer support. I have to say they are very kind and always willing to help immediately to resolve any issue. Every time I made even a small request to fix a minor problem with the widgets, they supported me and we solved the issue right away. really helpful team, asked them a lot of questions and they have always been there to help within seconds which is really needed when you are editing on the fly. Would recommend!
