Had issues with the layout of the add on items and the team from Logbase replied to my query quickly, made the corrections and had it set up properly right away. Great response and quick resolution.

Excellent customer service. App is great when your store is having not that many products. For me, with over a 1000 last items on stock I needed another bundle app to make handpicked deals for my customers to order as much as they like (childrens clothes) as Selleasy and Dealeasy sadly are restricted in the number of deals with a discount in the check-out. So for me I sadly had to switch. But if you have not that many products, I highly recommend this app as it also look really good on your website! I will thank the lovely team from the bottom of my heart for all the help they provided.

I am new to eCommerce world. I am scheduled to launch my website by the end of this week and I wanted to make sure, I have good offers to customers who visit my website. I like the ideas of Upsell &Cross Sell and so decided to try the app. At first, it seemed easy to set up, but as I was trying to figure out how to set up my products together, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed... and so I reached out for help and arranged a Zoom meeting that is TOTALLY FREE for 30 mins! Sudhan, not only showed me how to set up UpSell and CrossSell, but also configured things that I wasn't happy about, such as thumbnail width of add-on products; he was prompt, knowledgable, and friendly. I am extremely happy about the support that I received today. Thank you so much, Sudhan!

The customer support is genuinely 10/10. My agent was Febin who was so bloody patient with me! I had a million questions, and a more complicated enquiry and he handled it like a champ, and when technical issues on my side started, he was so professional and got us through it, installed it, and set it up exactly how I wanted and talked me through what to do on my end. Great up. Slots in seamlessly. I had one small issue with making one of the widgets fit into my store the way I wanted it to, and I was able to schedule a free zoom call with Janani who adjusted the code to make things work within a few minutes. Best app I've used so far.
