Beware of the app!!! The hidden cost is crazy!! They are not charging the price tier. The app charges EVERYTHING!! You use it, the cost will be very high!! you don't use it, hah still charge you, that's why the user guide about the price is wordplay!!! Terrible app, terrible company!!!!!!!
Our pricing details are clearly mentioned both on the Shopify App Store and during the app installation process. Please note that billing is managed entirely by Shopify, and neither Shopify nor we can detect whether you're actively using the app. As a result, charges are applied based on your store’s total monthly orders. Our app's pricing is tied to total store orders because we incur server costs whenever a customer visits your store—Shopify loads our script on every page by default. These ongoing operational costs are necessary to keep the app running smoothly. This pricing approach is consistent with other upsell/cross-sell apps on Shopify, and you're welcome to compare them. As a friendly suggestion, we recommend uninstalling any unused apps from your store to prevent unintended billing. This applies to all third-party apps on the Shopify platform.

Cannot complain about anything. Easy to use, excellent results, it's so rare to completely love an app from the Shopify app store with no complains but this one is honestly a keeper! Had some technical questions and Suriyaa from support was incredibly helpful and responsive, 10/10 assistance. THANK YOU for just being a solid app and doing what it says on the tin!

Installing and setting up the Upsell & Cross Sell app was very easy. We did encounter one issue, to where the product description was extending beyond the modal. Tech support was able to correct this issue immediately. Great app, and even better customer support.

This is a great app for upsell and cross sell. I've tried other apps, but this one has easy UI and instruction to follow through. More importantly, their customer support is amazing. I've got help from Suriyaa, and he kindly walked me through via Zoom and sent me and email with all the additional instructions regarding follow up questions. Highly recommend!
