We had an issue with the discount option and asked for help. In a few minutes, we got an acknowledgment, and it was pushed to the coders for a solution. The next day, when we woke up, it was implemented. From there, I suggested a change in behavior, and they recoded that in less than an hour. What more can we ask for ? Quick solutions with a smile :-). Thanks

Support is fast & friendly, however this app doesn't allow multiple discount offer in one order which doesn't make sense.
Thank you for your feedback! We understand the importance of a discount stacking feature. When our app was launched in 2021, Shopify did not support applying more than one discount per order. However, with Shopify's recent updates to their discount strategy, we are actively working on incorporating a discount combination/stacking feature in the upcoming version of our app, which is expected to be released within the next 1-2 months. We will be sure to notify you as soon as this new version is available.

Very easy app to use, which is very important to me. I like all the different options that I can choose from as well as the dashboard that shows me the impact that each offer has had. The Selleasy team are always on hand when I need them as well as always being quick and happy to help. So pleased that I chose this app.

Installing SELLEASY was super simple—really intuitive and didn’t require much prior knowledge. I ran into a small issue with the mobile display because of my Shopify theme, but Trissha from their support team was amazing. She fixed it in minutes, exactly how I wanted, and was incredibly professional the whole time.
