I've worked with Logbase before and they always go above and beyond in their customer support. Sudhan was wonderful in helping me get Upsell setup today. These apps really make it easy and reasonably priced to improve your shopify site.

What a great service! Febin did a fantastic job fixing small details and showing arround the app - had an hour almost instead of 30 minutes zoom talk. All working like expected, smooth app.

Great support team and great app overall! I have been using this app for the past few months, and the support team is simply excellent. Trissha managed to stay with me and help me fix some issues I was having with my store. If there was a way to put more than 5 stars, this app would have 10. And don't forget that it's FREE.

I spoke with Veena who was a fantastic help! She explained everything very well and helped me configure some things with this new app! I am very excited about this app. It seems very helpful for conversion and easy to use. She really did a great job. I had a great time learning how to use the ap products. They are very simple. Sometimes the text type, etc. might have to be adjusted. I used the chat. Gave them premission and he (Kavishan) just fixed it in a few minutes. What a pleasure! I am using the post sell pop-up in the shopping cart to OPT OUT of products that I always give them. I will be able to save time, and money both for the kit and the postage. I am very happy for the ap. It is reasonably priced and it will be easy to make my sales processes more streamlined.

I've just started using this app and at the beginning I was kind of confused so I scheduled a call to get support. Kavishan guided me through all the features the app offers and he did a great job answering all my questions. I think I'll love this app!!!

I just installed this app yesterday, so I haven't used it much. I needed a little customization done, and Kavishan helped me with it quickly & efficiently. 5 start for great customer service!
