i went thru 3 apps to finally find Selleasy. What was important to me was access to a human for help (i'm oldschool). they offer a chat & zoom to help you. Also i'm able to set up my site the way i need to. Just got off a zoom with Trissha. She was so kind, informative and patient with me.

I've spent more hours than I'd like to admit trying to enable what I thought was a relatively simple upsell in our mobile cart. I took it as far as I could... and then scheduled a call with Keerthana. She was patient, kind and knowledgeable -- and wouldn't quit until the new feature was absolutely perfect for us. This is a review for customer support. I have to say they are very kind and always willing to help immediately to resolve any issue. Every time I made even a small request to fix a minor problem with the widgets, they supported me and we solved the issue right away. In particular, I would like to thank Kriti because she was truly kind and very supportive.
