Facile à comprendre et à configurer. Je l'ai utilisé pendant plusieurs mois jusqu'à ce que mes configurations de produits soient trop complexes et j'ai dû demander de l'aide au service de support. En quelques minutes c'était réglé. Vraiment un super service et une super app!

Siddarth was an absolute legend. SO responsive. INSANELY professional. He hopped on a Google meets call with me in a HEARTBEAT and solved my problem EFFORTLESSLY. HE stuck around with me for as long as I needed and was beyond responsive via email. I did ask him to do a complex task that required coding - this man was so experienced he fix it no problem like it was nothing. I don't know where you guys found him but you are LUCKY to have one of the best livechat support agents of all time. Give him a raise.

I got some questions regarding the implementation of this app specially on the design aspect of the widgets so I booked a video call and Jananee from Logbase was really helpful and she did an excellent customer support service. She had all the intention to get the problems solved immediately. Very communicative and oriented to problem solving.

Technical support very helpful with setting up the app and custom CSS. Special shout out to Sid who did help me very much with custom changes. The app is best I have seen on Shopify store.

The app does everything I wanted. It can be a little tricky to understand at the very first, but then it's great. The support provided is not 5 stars, it's 10 stars!

Really great app although it is limited due to Shopify policy with discount codes. Spoke with the developer and they are working on that right now. Still a great app with really clean code. Can't wait till they get that fix and I can reinstall!

WOW. what great options for amazing pricing. I was having an issue with the mobile version displaying the widget and they were able to help me quickly and resolved the issue within a matter of minutes. 5 stars
