Really useful app with great functionality for an affordable price. It is easy to set up and there are different options for different types of offers. The store-front presentation for customers is clear and easy to use. We have had a couple of glitches with the app, due to conflicts with the theme, but support replies instantly and has helped us quickly resolve the problem every time. 10/10 for customer support.

The app looks very nice and has everything I need to upsell. The customer support are fast and are very helpful with implementation of the widget. Suki via Zoom call is very knowledgeable of the app and my requests were all completed.

Talk about being supported! I have checked out apps like this in the past and they were meh..Seemed like they were a bit to overcomplicated. Got on the line with Kavishan and he had me all set up. Since I just added this on my store I will update the review down the road. If this review is still up Kavishan is still crushing it and its going great!

What a wonderful app. Easy to set up and with a quick Zoom chat to Sudhan I was able to tweak and personalise to suit my store. I appreciated his help to make this app look native. I have tried a few similar apps and this one exceeds my expectations for the price. Highly recommend.

I just installed the app. Upsell is working smooth and perfect for us with all kind of configurations fitting all our needs. Customer service is amazing. We need it to change the font design of some parts of the widgets and Siddarth, one of the customer support Executive made for us in minutes.

Ani with the support team did a fantastic job helping me get the product add-on's cards to work again after they suddenly stopped loading (after what appears to be an issue from another app interfering with this one's performance). In this case she quickly identified the problem within a couple of minutes and had them working again. She also accepted feedback I gave about what function might be beneficial to pass on to the development team to have product add-on cards update according to the product variant selection from a single product page. I don't know if they'll be able to do it, but at the very least, it was nice to hear my suggestion would be passed along for consideration. Thank you, Ani! *Update 02/03/24 ----- Janani was very kind, patient and attentive to me during the support call. I've made a request that may not be typical and sometimes those are not easy to address in a call, but Janani was understanding and willing to pass along my request to the dev team to create a drop down button to expand or hide the add-on's cards on the product pages so that customers can read the product description before being shown the list of options. (it is believed that as they are appearing before the product description, it is deterring sales because customers aren't seeing the description). I hope this can be done but in the meantime, I appreciate Janani's time and care during our call.

it does what it says, it does what i wanted it to do and that's just great and perfect. cost wise definitely the best model that i can find out there. no heavy commitment, only when your business grow, which is when the charges will kick in based on your order qty due to this addon, paid by performance :)
