Ani with the support team did a fantastic job helping me get the product add-on's cards to work again after they suddenly stopped loading (after what appears to be an issue from another app interfering with this one's performance). In this case she quickly identified the problem within a couple of minutes and had them working again. She also accepted feedback I gave about what function might be beneficial to pass on to the development team to have product add-on cards update according to the product variant selection from a single product page. I don't know if they'll be able to do it, but at the very least, it was nice to hear my suggestion would be passed along for consideration. Thank you, Ani! *Update 02/03/24 ----- Janani was very kind, patient and attentive to me during the support call. I've made a request that may not be typical and sometimes those are not easy to address in a call, but Janani was understanding and willing to pass along my request to the dev team to create a drop down button to expand or hide the add-on's cards on the product pages so that customers can read the product description before being shown the list of options. (it is believed that as they are appearing before the product description, it is deterring sales because customers aren't seeing the description). I hope this can be done but in the meantime, I appreciate Janani's time and care during our call.

The team behind this app are wonderful, reassuring and make the app styling an easy process through live chat. In my opion this is the most essential app on the entire App Store. It's a must have.

it does what it says, it does what i wanted it to do and that's just great and perfect. cost wise definitely the best model that i can find out there. no heavy commitment, only when your business grow, which is when the charges will kick in based on your order qty due to this addon, paid by performance :)

I just got started with this app and so far it looks like I can make it work. It didn't set up in my theme quite like I wanted it to but I was able to get expert assistance from a support tech named Kavishan. He was most helpful and as I continued to expand the use of this app, I expect to pull him in every time I get stumped.

I have been using this app for several months, mostly the Frequently Bought Together feature. The app is great, but I had an issue with fonts not matching my shop fonts. I reached out to the team, and Veena solved the issue with no problems in under 10 minutes. I really appreciated that, and it makes me confident to continue using the app, knowing the support is right there when I need it (without the need to wait for someone to get back to me after several hours or even days - like with some other apps).

I love how simple it is to use the app and it looks great. Set up is really easy and when I had questions, I set up a zoom meeting and Sudhan who helped me was able to give me a detailed guide on how the app features worked.
