Just wanted to leave a review regarding the customer service side Upsell and Cross Sell, Selleasy...so far, the app has been GREAT and it had IMMEDIATE positive results in our online sales. That being said, we ran into a few different issues setting up offers in our Shopify store. We scheduled a tech support meeting, and the customer support is ALL TIME. 5 STAR...our issues were quickly resolved, and the techs on the other end of the meeting were friendly, patient and had an incredible working knowledge of the app and Shopify. Thank you so much for the support!

App works well for what i need it for. The zoom call with support was very easy and fast to set up. Veena was extremely helpful and fixed my small design issue.

Kavishan is a wizard! I would pay just to have his expertise with my website. I had a small error with the add-on lining up with my existing page. He took control of the screen and went above and beyond my requests. Had it not been for Kavishan I might have been disappointed as the page didn't line up but I hopped on the live chat and 3 minutes later he had fixed the problem and made further amendments to make the integration seamless. The app itself runs better than any of its competitors. This will be something I am looking to use for many years. Thank you again.

I had a zoom meeting with Kavishan and he had the best customer service! He was super attentive and helpful by instructing us what to do step by step. The zoom call also makes it very easy to ask questions about the app and highly recommend! Very satisfied with the service! :)
