So far, I've had a very pleasant experience with this app and the support team. I was a little put off by having to communicate with the support team via email instead of live chat, but it's not the end of the world. The app works very well and the support team was very kind to work with.

Great support team and great app overall! I have been using this app for the past few months, and the support team is simply excellent.
