Updated: The app keeps saying it is typical, however, I've tested this in a few ways and it still stalls. Even after click the x it just stays on that screen. After deleting the app, my sales came back, if you are wondering why you are not getting any sales after installing. I would test by deleting the app to see if it was the app. the app was great to use before but you need to go through the process like your customers. I have been trying to get the issue fixed whenthe customer x out of the option but it just spins. It ruins the experience and people are leaving the website. I tested another pop up and it would take about 3-5 just to close. Sadly, I will be deleting the app.

Upon reviewing our chat and email exchanges, it appears there are some misunderstandings. Typically, our upsell pop-up requires 2-3 seconds to redirect to the checkout. However, if there are other third-party apps in the cart, this may contribute to a delay in reaching the checkout page. This is due to the necessity for multiple third-party apps to interact, add the selected product to the cart, and then safely redirect to checkout. We understand your concern regarding the potential impact on your customers' experience. It's important to note that our app is not the sole cause of checkout delays. We hope for your understanding that attributing the blame solely to our app is not fair, considering this scenario is common in most Shopify stores. Additionally, we have sent you an email containing a screen recording demonstrating the performance of our cart upsell pop-up without any other third-party apps in the cart. We are also available to connect with you at your convenience to address and resolve this matter promptly.

Very good service and support and the application works perfect, within the first minutes we got our first cross sell order! I’ve tried almost all cross-sell apps with a pop up and this app is 1 of the 2 apps that work good, look nice and have nice styling and translation options. And it also affordable!

This app works so cohesively with my existing setup and makes such a difference. The only thing better is the support, Kavishan went above & beyond in helping me get everything set up and placed perfectly while making suggestions I hadn't even thought of. Highly recommend!!

This app has some great functionality. I really liked the customer service I received for customizing the location of the add-ons to my product page. Sudhan and Veena were very professional and knowledgeable. had great suggestions and knew the right places to display the functions of our upsell efforts

So i got this app yesterday morning - compared them all and decided on this one, the only thing that was putting me off was the zoom call set-up as i don't really have time atm, so i just gave it a go setting it up myself and it was super easy, quick, brilliant. The customer service team have been so helpful over emails and have helped with everything i've needed quickly. Really pleased with the app so far, it looks great on my site, i'm so excited about it and just wish i'd done this sooner! Definitely recommend.
