Wow, I am so incredibly impressed by the customer service and by this app. I messaged them with several changes, personalizations, and additions I would like for my website using the app. They were super responsive and super helpful. They proceeded to work on my requests and now I have exactly what I have been wanting. -I have installed and uninstalled so many apps that ended up not working for me. Some of my favorite features they helped me with was a "shop the look" area and the location of it on my page. They also helped with my upsell pop up. I needed it to show up on my cart drawer instead of cart page. Then I wanted that pop-up to have a "skip and continue shopping" button. But they explained that it prob wasn't a good idea to have that button because we want to "close" the sale so they have to click "skip and continue to cart". I loved that they explained why something might not be a good idea and why. I appreciate the time they took to explain it to me and it really made me realize that they are so right! I would HIGHLY recommend this app and this customer service. I am beyond excited!

I asked the developers if they could add the Unit Price feature. A call was arranged with me, where I could explain my request in detail. A few days the feature was implemented and it works perfectly. For all stores from Germany and other countries, whose set the feature uniprice requires, this APP is certainly the best choice. The support also answered all my questions quickly and very professionally. I would give 6 stars if it were possible.

Nice app. Includes discount feature across the options for products add ons, bundles etc. Very easy to use, support helped move the widget within 5 mins.! Excellent. Highly recommended!

Like this app a lot! Easy to use and setup. Great support helping me style and adjust the app as I want it. All of the support agents responds really quick and finds solutions for my demands. Really recommend it to control the x-sell and up-sell items and make offers. Use it!

Sreeman was absolutely amazing! It would be nice to have option to tip as I honestly wanted to compensate him for his knowledge and willingness to help. Sreeman was very patient with me and thorough also. I appreciate it more than words can express. This made me more at ease with using the app and keeping Shopify.

Love it! This app is what you need for a good upsell. It is really easy to set up and make it looks like amazon's pages. If you have any question/problem or even styling, you can schedule a zoom meet with an expert. I did it and costumer services was helpful.

This really does do everything I need it to without overcomplicating things and is better than a lot of paid apps I've tried previously. It has also helped me increase my average order values. Support is quick to help when you need it, as well, and they're very patient when working through any bugs you might come across. Definitely would recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple upsell/cross-sell solution!

I wanted to change the location on the product page but couldn't figure it out. Customer service helped me out immediately (on a saturday) and got it fixed straight away. Very happy with this app!

I use this app in tandem with the "in store pick-up and local delivery" app also available from LogBase and absolutely love them both. They work very well with each other and whenever there is any issues or I have any questions or suggestions the support team is absolutely wonderful at making sure that we get a solution. Cant thank the support team enough for making sure the experience for not only me, but our customers is flawless. There are some new features releasing later this month I'm excited to use, get this app. You won't be disappointed

LogBase is way far beyond other apps that I used. They have 1001% best customer support! They will never leave you until the end! I dont think i will survive my online store with out LogBase! I just install this apps and I LOVE IT. You wont regret using LogBase apps!
