I had a quick question about how to set up an add to cart feature, and Kavishan was so helpful. He understood exactly what I was asking and clearly demonstrated for me how to set up the offer I wanted. He also went above and beyond and customized the colors of the pop up for me so it would match my store. It was a very efficient call and I was impressed with Kavishan and UPSell & Cross Sell - the customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend!

This app is very intuitive and easy to set up. I'm not a web developer, so for styling changes I set up a zoom call and Sudhan was super helpful (and quick!) in making all the changes I requested so the upsell options looked exactly like I wanted them to and matched our website theme perfectly. Sudhan was great! Highly recommend this app if you want to increase your AOV.

Just wanted to leave a review regarding the customer service side Upsell and Cross Sell, Selleasy...so far, the app has been GREAT and it had IMMEDIATE positive results in our online sales. That being said, we ran into a few different issues setting up offers in our Shopify store. We scheduled a tech support meeting, and the customer support is ALL TIME. 5 STAR...our issues were quickly resolved, and the techs on the other end of the meeting were friendly, patient and had an incredible working knowledge of the app and Shopify. Thank you so much for the support!
