Installed this app to help buyers see the different sizes of my product available at checkout. Has been great so far. I used the initial zoom meeting to help set it up and the developer was great at helping me get the placement of the upsell widgets exactly where I needed them. I would say this is one of those "must have" apps for most shopify stores.

Amazing. Honestly said I have never experiences such a service from a Shopify App. The helped me with small customisations, small app adjustments, advice on how to use the app. We even had 2 super friendly Zoom Calls. I cannot recommend this app more! Fantastic!

Great app and support. Exactly what we needed for our store. When I was unable to customize it on my own, I scheduled an online appointment where I could explain what I was looking for. They listened and were able to make the customizations quickly. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with the app. Setup is self explanitory, yet they still offer a free setup call. During this call, they gave excellent tips regarding the add ons vs. upsale offers.

Chase The Deals - I started using this app on a Saturday and didn't expect anyone to answer me. I got an immediate answer and solution to my problem. I wanted to know how to make my product pictures and the pictures of the "frequently purchased together" items look separate, so people knew they were buying an extra item, and they helped me very quickly. I haven't gotten to see if the app will help with conversions yet, but I will add an update later.

OK so you’re trying to decide if it’s worth trying out this upsell app. Read on. I’ve tried a lot of upsell apps, and for a long while I was using Zipify OCU. It was great. But, my needs changed (like handling multi-currency percentage discounts for pre-purchase). Zipify team said it was on their roadmap and that was that. No plans to make it work. So I jumped ship and tried Upsell & Cross Sell Kit. Loved the customisability and simplicity - but it didn’t work with multi-currency. This is the bit that gets good… the customer support and dev team behind this app are PHENOMENAL. They heard my request and looked into it straight away. They kept me updated at every step and, as far as I can tell - worked 24 hours round the clock to make it happen. And they did. But being an annoying customer - I had just added another app that conflicted with it. Again I asked if they could see if they could make it work. And again, within 12 hours they had released an update JUST FOR ME to make it work. I am blown away. I’ve never worked with such a passionate, fast-moving and highly communicative app team before. So if you’re thinking about installing this app and you run into any trouble - or have some specific need - don’t hesitate to ask. They will bend over backwards for you. I’m now a very happy customer and the app is working perfectly. Oh and the implementation is amazing. Blinding fast load times and a really elegant technical approach. Zipify feels bloated and clunky in comparison. So if you care about your stores’ UX then that’s another reason to give this app a go.
