I used this app to create 'frequently bought together' promotional bundles. I have very quickly started to see sales of these bundles - I feel that customers are buying more products across the range. I wasn't 100% sure about the original positioning of the widget, as it was right under the product title and getting in the way of the buy button. I talked to Abishek, the developer, who made some very helpful and sensible suggestions. He amended the widget position and style for me within a couple of hours. All in all - a really positive experience, I would recommend.

Cannot thank the team at LogBase enough for their help making this app be exactly what I needed for my website. I am a florist and being able to add chocolates as an upsell during valentine's day is a given...and Sudhan and Abishek were so helpful making the adjustments to the layout I needed for the app to flow with the rest of the information on my product page. And they were quick! They reached out to make sure everything was okay after my initial request and I couldn't help myself I asked if one more thing could be adjusted and within the hour it was done! Highly recommend the app and the team at LogBase! thank you!

The app is amazing. I was using another app before this but thought of giving this app a try. I was amazed to see the practicality of this app. This app is top-notch and a must for every store. The app deserves 5-Star but their support deserves 10-star. I requested them for 10+ modifications to fit my use case and my store and they helped with every single thing.

I was looking for an app that allowed me to cross sell items at cart/checkout using all my products as a trigger, not just a small number of them. This app has lots of other great features too! Not only is the app really user friendly and easy to navigate, Sree gave amazing support over chat to help me when I needed it and solved my problem super quick! I'd highly recommend the app and the customer service, its great!

Wow, I am so incredibly impressed by the customer service and by this app. I messaged them with several changes, personalizations, and additions I would like for my website using the app. They were super responsive and super helpful. They proceeded to work on my requests and now I have exactly what I have been wanting. -I have installed and uninstalled so many apps that ended up not working for me. Some of my favorite features they helped me with was a "shop the look" area and the location of it on my page. They also helped with my upsell pop up. I needed it to show up on my cart drawer instead of cart page. Then I wanted that pop-up to have a "skip and continue shopping" button. But they explained that it prob wasn't a good idea to have that button because we want to "close" the sale so they have to click "skip and continue to cart". I loved that they explained why something might not be a good idea and why. I appreciate the time they took to explain it to me and it really made me realize that they are so right! I would HIGHLY recommend this app and this customer service. I am beyond excited!

I asked the developers if they could add the Unit Price feature. A call was arranged with me, where I could explain my request in detail. A few days the feature was implemented and it works perfectly. For all stores from Germany and other countries, whose set the feature uniprice requires, this APP is certainly the best choice. The support also answered all my questions quickly and very professionally. I would give 6 stars if it were possible.

Like this app a lot! Easy to use and setup. Great support helping me style and adjust the app as I want it. All of the support agents responds really quick and finds solutions for my demands. Really recommend it to control the x-sell and up-sell items and make offers. Use it!
