We just used this app for our first free product with purchase offer and it worked great! We had some questions before running the offer and someone answered right away with good suggestions. I recommend it.

I have tried multiple of BOGO and free gifts apps before, But Koala has completely exceeded my expectations! the setup is unbelievably easy and intuitive, offering so many flexible options that perfectly fir my promotional needs. It was very easy to set up and integrated seamlessly into my theme, unlike some paid apps I have tested, but I could not get the value for what I was to pay. Support is very swift and responsive. Thanks, Max. He helped me check out the compatibility with my theme, and I will be integrating this app to my store and see how it goes....

Super simple to set up and even has a feature where, as you make an offer live, it will ask you if you'd like one of the team check over it to make sure it works the way you want it to. Gyte was super helpful and responded to my query almost immediatly. 5/5

Very easy to set up. I like how it allows different offer rules, specifically customer tags, and can be used as a benefit for loyalty program in addition to an upselling tool. support is superb, thanks to Gyte for helping to answer queries on Koala apps!

The app is user-friendly, straightforward, and the customer service is excellent. Max answered all my questions and helped me resolve my issue. Additionally, a first representative assisted me and successfully addressed my concerns.
