Great App, great support (although I wish their chat widget actually recorded previous chat threads). I had issues with how my widget looked and they fixed it for me within days. Really good upsell App for the price

I have tried a few different Free Gift with Purchase apps for Shopify and Koala by far is the more intuitive to use! Highly recommend!
