Works perfectly, and customer service responds very quickly. I'm happy with this app on the website. I'd be even happier if this app also worked with Shopify POS.

Still testing things out, but looks like there is a rich set of option and appears to be well built. I'm a developer so I can tell when things are well built and shortcuts weren't taken. One of the better apps I've seen out there. We have to update our theme to fully test, but that's not because of the app.

Excellent customer support! They answered all our questions thoroughly. After migrating from Magento to Shopify, we had a large number of redirects to handle. This app is essential and works flawlessly.

Koala Free Gift Buy X Get Y is an awesome promotional app with a free gift feature. There are powerful functions and excellent UI/UX design makes it easy for the admin to operate. Also, the customer service is very efficient and professional. Thanks to Gyte for his professional and friendly assistance.

Simple to set up and straightforward. Gyte has also been quick to respond to my query and helpful. Only suggestion is to make it so that customers are able to remove gifts.
