Koala Free Gift Buy X Get Y is an awesome promotional app with a free gift feature. There are powerful functions and excellent UI/UX design makes it easy for the admin to operate. Also, the customer service is very efficient and professional. Thanks to Gyte for his professional and friendly assistance.

Simple to set up and straightforward. Gyte has also been quick to respond to my query and helpful. Only suggestion is to make it so that customers are able to remove gifts.

Louie was amazing! handled my questions quickly and professionally. Even came back because I forgot to ask something and he jumped right back on the Chat. If you look on my store, we pride ourselves on Old School Customer Service, Louie has that special touch!

Attualmente l'app per inserire automaticamente un regalo nel carrello funziona perfettamente, semplicissima da configurare proprio ciò che mi serviva. l'assistenza risponde velocemnte e sono molto disponibili ad aiutarti a risolvere qualsiasi problema con spiegazioni dettagliate e schemi per modificare le impostazioni in modo corretto. per ora la consiglio.

La aplicación es realmente fácil de configurar y usar, incluso si no tienes mucha experiencia previa, hacen que todo el proceso sea mucho más cómodo y práctico. Además, el equipo de soporte es excepcionalmente amable y atento. Es genial poder recibir respuestas rápidas en nuestro propio idioma, lo que hace que cualquier duda o problema se resuelva sin complicaciones. Se nota que se preocupan de verdad por los usuarios y eso se agradece muchísimo. En general, una app muy recomendable: combina funcionalidad, facilidad de uso y un soporte al cliente de primera. ¡Estoy muy contento con la experiencia y nuestros clientes también la disfrutan mucho!

Amazing app!!! Easy to install and get started. Support is amazingly quick. Was trying to figure out how to add multiples and support replied within an hour with how to set up the rule I missed. Definitely would recommend!!!

Excellent app with plenty of conditions & parameters to meet most, if not all possibilities of BOGO campaigns. Tech support (Gyte & Louie) is lightning fast in responding ready with solutions upon first contact. Perfect for online only store, and will await their good news on rolling out POS support for this app.
