Voizen has been my agent with awesome personal service. Also, the pricing is one of the most or potentially competitive or even best out there! Able to source nearly anything. Free plan is great. And you can scale on paid if you want for reduced prices, thankyou cards, POD, etc. Highly recommend.

My Experience with USA Drop After 4 Months: I can honestly say everything has been going perfectly. From the very beginning, communication has been clear, fast, and professional. My salesagent Linna, is always super helpful, always responds quickly, and thinks along with me. Product pricing is also very competitive, which gives me more room in margins. Integration with my Shopify store was super easy, and everything now runs pretty much automatically.

Amber is helpful and communicates well,which makes working with her smooth which I really appreciate.However,the shipping speed is major concern.The deliveries are slower than expected and some of them are failed,which can impact customer satisfaction.If these things improve,this could be a much stronger partnership.For now ,its a decent supplier relationship with good communication but needs work on logistics.

According to the Shopify App Store, this is free for the pricing, but when you get into it, if you want to really do anything, you need to subscribe for either a monthly subscription or an annual subscription and there are different amounts that you would choose from. The free level doesn't really give you much of anything as they incentivize you to subscribe if you want to really do anything. I also received a message from Daniel, who's a sales manager, on WhatsApp asking if I had any questions and when I asked about the subscription requirement and the response was a reaction of embarrassed, but nothing else.

They are a complete scam company. I used their service to ship goods to customers. Before the goods arrived, they suddenly increased the price or asked me to cancel the service. I wasted a lot of time. This irresponsible company should go bankrupt.
