Great app and even better customer support! The customer service is top notch! I can’t say we haven’t experienced any issues, but they are very attentive to resolve any issues as they arise. Get the app, you don’t be disappointed

We are very disappointed with this app. We use the live selling feature only once a week, and the monthly fee is almost $600. However, the live feature has had serious issues almost every 1–2 months. In February, we already experienced a live selling problem. After contacting support, we were told they would improve it as soon as possible. But only about one month later, another major issue happened again during our live sale. This time, all product names showed as unreadable garbled text, so customers could not understand what products we were selling. This directly affected our live sales, customer experience, and caused business losses. For an app charging such a high monthly fee, the core live selling function should be stable. Unfortunately, the reliability has been very disappointing, and these repeated problems have made it difficult for us to trust the app for our business.
