The app's creation function is similar to other similar services. However, given the $500+ monthly fee, the live streaming function is truly terrible. Maintenance is poor, with frequent bugs making live streaming impossible! If you simply need to create an app, then other service providers will offer better prices.

Getting an app for my business was very intimidating but this service has been amazing so far!! Aditi has been a complete dream to work with!! She is so patient and understanding! She KNOWS what she is doing and has been able to walk me through everything with ease!! I have worked with other companies in the past and felt totally lost and left with no help! The onboading experience was EASY. This has been a multi step experience that I would have given up on had it not been for the incredible support of the team at Superfans but most of all Aditi. I would say that Superfans is a must have for any business wanting to develope their own app for their business. I am SUPER excited to get started and have an easier shopping experience for my customers.

Our customers were hungry for a better mobile shopping experience that no matter what theme we implemented we just couldn't accomplish. They enjoy the ease of use, and naturally more aesthetic appearance. We were really hesitant about deploying an app because we worried the technical aspect would surpass what we felt capable of. The team at SuperFans has made this SO easy, and continue to make it easy with each new feature we add to our ecosystem. Our customers give us feedback daily about how much they love and appreciate the app experience! Our biggest joy to SuperFans is the ability to implement custom blocks. We could really make our app unique to our business and customers because of this. Adding custom blocks is easy, and a great way for us to really stand out compared to other traditional mobile apps. We send push notifications via Klaviyo and Superfans. This integration is seamless and a great revenue driver! Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend SuperFans to other small or large businesses looking to deploy a mobile app for their customers.

The team is quite helpful. They have sorted all the queries on a timely manner. They have met the requirements. Specially, Kirthiga is very helpful and she tried her best to sort all the issues.

Once they start charing you monthly. They disappear. No more updates. very little help and all changes takes weeks for simple banner updates.

Very delayed response on support queries. Need to wait for days to get a reply. Unable to publish app under individual account and team is unable to explain why.

What a great team! That's what the Vajro difference is. You feel like you have a team of in house app developers that have the same goals as you in mind. If you're wanting to build a mobile app and have landed here, make the move. I promise you won't regret it.

The help Ive gotten from Aswin has been irreplaceable- he has given so many insights into different aspects of our business that sometimes we wouldnt have even looked at. Helping us set up our different customer segments was a huge help in seeing where we needed to improve, and determining who our best customers were. Also, focusing on how to get first time buyers back and ideas supporting that have been outstanding. Overall, our experience has been top notch with Aswin. He is thorough and very responsive to all questions and concerns!

Our experience with Vajro has been extremely disappointing. The project was delayed multiple times, communication was poor, and the final app was never fully functional. They kept us waiting for 3 months and Even worse, we were later charged unexpected “design and development” fees of $1500 that were never clearly disclosed at the start of the project. When we raised concerns, the team avoided responsibility and refused to refund us, even though the app performed poorly from day one. We have been in business for 9 years and worked with many developers — this has been by far the most frustrating and unprofessional experience we’ve had. Be very cautious and don’t trust this company’s promises. Their service and transparency are far below industry standards.

I was SO PLEASED with my experience with Vajro. I have just launched my boutique business and I knew I needed an app that would offer all of the features I was looking for. The team was super helpful and responsive with me in helping to get me setup for my launch date. I received a phone call immediately after sending in a help message for setup. Priyanka was super helpful and walked me through all of the steps with patience and perfect guidance. This was a seamless experience and I am so grateful for this platform!
