They do as much as they can to elicit a 5 star review, and this is before they complete any task, that should be a red flag. They do more in the form of requesting and demanding a 5 star review than actually providing 5 star service. They do as little as possible to take a Shopify store and put it into a poorly designed and even worse supported app. That said, there is clearly a product platform that could be run properly, for reasons that escape me, it isn't.

Amazing customer service!! Support is super quick to respond. The video and audio quality of the Live Selling puts TikTok to shame. Great company to work with!!

It's not very often I have questions for them because truly the app is EXTREMELY user friendly and customizable - but any time I've interacted with them, they've quickly helped us! I LOVE the customizations they offer and it's so nice to be able to go live within your app for your customers! Our customers love how user friendly it is to shop on the app too!
