I would definitely recommend Superfans to anyone who wants to build a customizable, mobile app shopping experience. With this platform, you can build an app to your unique design specifications and they give you a dedicated design manager and tech support team to help you along the way. If you want, they'll even build your mobile app for you. Everyone from the Superfans team has been helpful and very responsive. If I have any questions or need help with something, I've been able to send a message or schedule a meeting. They have great customer support. Before upgrading to Superfans, I was finding it hard to design a mobile app that looked like our website and functioned like our website. Most other app building platforms that are compatible with Shopify are not nearly this sophisticated (design or function) and will not perform or look the same as your website. With Superfans, if you want it to look like your website and function well, it will do that without a problem. The other thing I like about Superfans is that they provide a marketing specialist who works for you to help promote your brand and figure out selling strategies. I would definitely recommend Superfans to other brands, just for the ease of use, customer service, and design features. I will say that the price point is a little high, especially when you take into consideration any other app integrations that you have to pay separately for (like live video selling or rewards programs). But I do believe the cost is worth it if you sell a large volume through a mobile app, or if you want the design features and accessibility from a mobile app.

The installation and configuration of the APP was very fast and simple. the publication process on the Apple and Google store was perfectly followed and helped by the staff my contact person Shyam Jith Ramachandran answered all questions within minutes at all times Thank you Highly recommended
