I woke early this morning On Shopify and came across Mobile App Builder..I contacted the support number and Nitin immediately called back..he was very helpful with walking me thru the zoom call and how to work the mobile app..I'm super excited about getting a mobile app built for my brand I was just speaking about this a week ago

Great customer service. Great support. Siddharth, Nitin and Harini sat through the whole process with me patiently. Each technical step was explained with details. No judgements whatsoever, sweet team. Best part is they give you a free trial period for 3 months with the great customer service support (free of charge of course). Highly recommend this app to anyone starting their business on Shopify. Best of luck guys.

I started with Vajro a couple of months back and initially I was been told the app will be ready within 2 weeks. It has been 6 weeks now and the app is not completely ready! All this is because of the support team!! The support team is very slow in responding with any query. They ask for 30 mins to get back and then get's back after 2-3 days and sometimes a week. I asked a few of their existing clients and they are experiencing similar issue with Vajro support team. Very slow and there are so many limitations for app customization.
