We are just starting out with Vajro. Fantastic experience so far in terms of customer care. The team are really patient and clear and helpful. The set up call explained everything very well. Looking forward to getting the app up and running for our shop.

Its amazing simply interface and dashboard. Was very easy guided process of setting up my app. Support team works over the clock to make it even easier. --Updating this review as Vajro support team has assured to fix key issues reported-- Started with Vajro with great level of expectations and it did start well. But, beware of trouble if your store has SKU variants. Hard to believe, but it did happen to our store. We have a product which has 10 variants. Vajro shows 100 variants (that is 10 times the number of actual variants) to customer. Unable to believe that this basic cataloging configuration is not being displayed properly in mobile apps. Clearly a glitch and the team is hell bent in not understanding it even after sharing proof. Stay away if you have SKU variants. App is good if you do not need to display and give options to customers with variants such as color, size options

I used this app to create my first app for my small boutique and I really love it!! I thought creating an app would be a difficult process, but the support team was amazing! They helped create the app, answered all questions promptly, and walked me through the entire process! I felt like I had my own IT Department! Lol!! I love the app and I loved working with their team!! Thank you so much for everything! So far my customers love it as well!

When I have informed about some technical glitch in my account to Vajro support team, they have responded promptly and solved my issue within a very short period of time. They will go beyond limits to meet the customer's needs.
We're so sorry you had a negative experience with us. Our customer support is something we take so much pride in and we have let you down. We have refunded the entire amount. We assure you there was no manipulation involved and might be because of miscommunication on our part. And, we're willing to own responsibility for that. We have sent you an email with more details. Excellent service provided by pavithra in costumer services, she was very nice with me, which is a very big plus, the service very professional and quick, she took the time to explain me everything not only for now but for future, really like the vajro service as well, very easy to create the app, the options are perfect, looking forward to kepp working with them, i really recommend pavithra for your app setup.

Exceptional customer support and super quick turnaround on mobile app launch. I appreciate that the support team are accessible 24/7!!! Pav and the entire Vajro team are extremely patient to walk our team through the set up and cosmetic design changes. Top 5 BEST APPS for our Shopify store - why didn't we do this sooner!?!
