It took us a while to choose the right mobile app for our store. After evaluating various options, we decided on Vajro because of its UI/UX, pricing, and, most importantly, Aakash’s great attitude in helping customize our app quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend it—it’s been a true 5-star experience!

Since the onboarding and transitioning to an App Vajaro has been great. Their response time with any questions or things I need is answered or fixed in a timely manner. We are fairly new to see any cons atm but so far everything has been top notch.

It has been almost 6-7 months since we have onboarded the Vajro app for our online stores. We have smooth integration with the app. Look and feel about the app was done by the Vajro team and transition of the catalogs in our new app. From day 1, the technical team was available to fix the issues immediately. The app is best in the market and support provided was amazing. So far so good. Its recommended for all.

The Vajro team was really helpful in launching our app. Stuti and Sagar were really helpful in getting it done, customizing some things and fixing some bugs, and although it took a bit longer thank expected we're really happy with the end result, the design and all the features available. Great job!

Beware of Hidden Costs – Expensive and Lacking Transparency Vajro offers a functional mobile app integration for Shopify, but their pricing structure lacks transparency. While they advertise a starting price of $100, the cost automatically jumps to $500 per month once you reach a certain number of orders—without clear upfront communication. Even if your sales drop below the threshold, they continue charging the higher fee. There are more cost-effective alternatives available that provide the same functionality without unexpected price hikes. I strongly advise exploring other options before committing to Vajro.

New to Vajro but the setup and design assistance has been very smooth. There have been a few bumps, but their customer service team has been on top of it.

We have been working with Stuti and Sagar for a couple of weeks to build our app. They have been PHENOMENAL to work with! Very professional, hands on and knowledgeable. Communication has been excellent. We are so excited to launch in a few days. So far everything has been perfect. I would highly recommend Vajro to take your business to the next level.

I'm new to using Vajro, but the customer service is great! They have been helping me build my app & their response time is very quick. They even send me daily reminders and follow ups as needed. I'm looking forward to growing my relationship with them & having great success with the app! I love that the app is a direct extension of my website (shopify) & any changes I make within are automatically reflected in the app!
