When I first thought about using an AI to talk to visitors on my site, I wasn't sure if it was a good idea. But I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. Of course, you need to keep an eye on it and give it all the right information to use, but as long as you do your part, the bot will do a great job. All in all, I'm really happy with VanChat.

The VanChat support, Lucas, is always fast to answer our questions and fix the reported problems. Now, we can capture the client information easily, and know what question they will ask and fine tune our chatbot reply via AI training to make our small business look like a professional big enterprise. We have really enjoyed using VanChat with our website. As many brands are, we have a lean workforce and are always looking to automate as many tasks as possible. VanChat allows us to offer support to our customers for common questions that they have. It also looks at their needs and recommends products well. If a customer has a unique question, they are still able to reach a human (us), but 95% of the questions can be answered through the bot. And it just keeps getting smarter and more equipped to help people with their questions. I would definitely recommend to people with Shopify stores.

Really works like a charm. We had a few issues with the multilingual set-up but that was professionally resolved by the developer. Tool is already generating sales and saving us a lot of time.

This is a great app... I was initially amazed when I saw how quickly it learns about our products. The support is rapid and they have already done a few custom requests for me. The only thing it is lacking is direct integration with a live chat/handover to alive agent, if it had this, it would definitely be 5 stars!

Just downloaded this app (2 weeks) and i am very happy with the results. Vanchat customerservice is very assistive in finetuning our customers experience. I definatelty recommend and will install on my other 4 stores once they have enough traffic. Well earned 5 stars!
