I took a risk and paid a lump sum for the lifetime option. It has more than paid for itself. 90% of our inquiries are things vanchat can handle. It has cut down the amount of emails a ton as well as increased our conversions. I am very happy.

We haven't installed yet, but have been working to train the chatbot, and so far, it's looking really promising! Our hope is that this can lift some of the burden off our our customer support call team and answer more questions for customers and potential customers.
