I have used many different chatbots and VanChat is the best one I've come across. It is incredibly accurate and detailed in response when you take some time and load training data to the agent. I'm thoroughly impressed and I think you will be too.

9/15/25: Since adding VanChat, it’s continued to be a real game changer for my store. The chatbot handles questions instantly, helps recommend products, and even tracks orders, saving me so much time. Their support team has been incredibly responsive, always stepping in quickly whenever I’ve had questions. Overall, it’s made customer service smoother and created a better shopping experience for my customers. This has provided multiple sales already based on the chatbot 8/28/25: VanChat has been a game changer for my store! Setup was straightforward and the widget blends beautifully with my site. The chatbot feels natural, handles customer questions instantly, and even helps with product recommendations and order tracking - which saves me so much time. I love how responsive their support team is as well; they jumped in quickly and walked me through the details when I had questions. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that makes customer service smoother and creates a better experience for shoppers. Highly recommend for any store looking to step up their service and conversions!

This is the best AI customer service software I’ve used so far. The logic is clear, and the responses are accurate; however, later on, it will require training the bot with more reference materials. Overall, it’s very good.

VanChat is very powerful, and its self-learning capabilities save us a lot of time and allow the AI assistant to be activated immediately. It provides powerful shopping guide functions, just like a real assistant, and can provide customers with accurate recommendations. We hope that for questions it cannot answer, it can directly transfer them to customer service so that we can intervene in the conversation in a timely manner and resolve customer concerns.
