Researched a lot of different AI Bots, sounds to us VanChat is one of the most promising and has the best value vs cost. Tested with a couple of features, sounds good so far.

The setup and onboarding experience was excellent and the features are fantastic and there's always more coming. I appreciate that Vanchat is always being improved and they're listening to their customers. A lot of chat bot apps make promises, but Vanchat is the first I've tried that delivers. That's not just a cliche, it's the experience with our successful shopify store and successful Vanchat implementation.

This is a great tool to add to any e-commerce website. Very easy to set up and easy to train with Q&A training feature along with the ability to upload unlimited files. Would highly recommend this AI chat bot. Customer service has been great.

Tested a lot of AI chatbots for our Shopify store and found this one to have every feature we need. Set up was simple and all technical questions were answered quickly. The ability to train the AI with multiple data sources is fantastic and exceeded our expecatations during testing.

It automatically pulls information from our store to answer customer questions about products, orders, shipping, and more — accurately and instantly. It covers pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale support, which has significantly reduced our customer service workload and improved conversion rates. The setup is simple, performance is smooth, and their support team is responsive and helpful. A wonderful APP for stores with a large catalog and complex info like us.

Vanchat is really good. It can help us answer some basic questions from customers when we are not working. It can also guide customers to contact us in other ways to solve problems, which improves customer satisfaction and helps increase store sales! It also saves some customer service staff work. The AI's response is also very accurate and authentic. I recommend it!

VanChat has been a brilliant addition to our Al’s Gym store. It’s incredibly clever and intuitive — it picks up on customer questions quickly and provides helpful, relevant responses with very little setup. It really feels like having a helpful assistant on the shop floor 24/7. Highly recommended for any store looking to improve customer interaction effortlessly.
