VanChat AI Chatbot is not a luxury; it's a "must have" business tool for my new Shopify home goods store. I have looked at and used similar models, and this model is on par with them; but it has added feature that it just seems more integrated wtih the Shopify software. It understands "the assignment" from marketing, customer service, and strategic vantage points. I am thankful to its developers and hope to grow much larger and straonger due to using VanChat.

It’s using the latest AI models to produce accurate human like responses in a tone you select. After you install the app Vanchat searches you whole website to gather your data: products, FAQ, polies etc. I was up and running in a few minutes. With advance learning it can answer question, suggest products, or offer discounts. Who says E-commerce isn’t great, sure beats walking around a brick-and-mortar store just trying to find someone who can help. As a Shopify store owner, I can spend less time on what VanChat does great, and more time on all of the other things to make my store great for my customers. This has been a game changer for our store. Instead of just receiving a notification to chat with a customer, this AI bot handles the whole conversation. It easily researches information from my store and other knowledge about how to respond. It is customizable and I'm sure I could be doing more with it. I would recommend giving it a try.

When I first thought about using an AI to talk to visitors on my site, I wasn't sure if it was a good idea. But I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. Of course, you need to keep an eye on it and give it all the right information to use, but as long as you do your part, the bot will do a great job. All in all, I'm really happy with VanChat.

We have really enjoyed using VanChat with our website. As many brands are, we have a lean workforce and are always looking to automate as many tasks as possible. VanChat allows us to offer support to our customers for common questions that they have. It also looks at their needs and recommends products well. If a customer has a unique question, they are still able to reach a human (us), but 95% of the questions can be answered through the bot. And it just keeps getting smarter and more equipped to help people with their questions. I would definitely recommend to people with Shopify stores.
