This is a great app... I was initially amazed when I saw how quickly it learns about our products. The support is rapid and they have already done a few custom requests for me. The only thing it is lacking is direct integration with a live chat/handover to alive agent, if it had this, it would definitely be 5 stars!

Just downloaded this app (2 weeks) and i am very happy with the results. Vanchat customerservice is very assistive in finetuning our customers experience. I definatelty recommend and will install on my other 4 stores once they have enough traffic. Well earned 5 stars!

Literally changed my store life. Guys, I swear, this Shopify app is a GAME CHANGER... basically, it’s a virtual assistant that answers customer questions and KNOWS EVERYTHING about your store and products. It’s essentially ChatGPT 4o responding to your customers, but using all the information you provide. You can set up Q&A and link the answers to specific products. For example, customers can ask to track their order in natural language, and the assistant understands it needs to give them the tracking link (pulled directly from Shopify). And if customers have issues after their purchase, they can write to your assistant in natural language via the website chat. The assistant sends them a form to fill out with their email, phone number, and the issue. IN SHORT: It handles 99% of customer issues, so you only have to deal with the 1% of cases, like shipment problems.

We recently started using Vanchat, and so far, it has been a great success. The feature I appreciate the most is its smart ability to learn from the documents we upload and quickly update the chatbot. The app is also very user-friendly, and their support team has been excellent.

Eccezionale!!! Ho risparmiato tantissimo tempo lasciando la mia Assistant a gestire le domande di routine!! Inoltre impara velocemente tutti i comandi impartiti D&R e li personalizza ottimizzandoli. Inoltre il bello è che ti inoltra le telefonate, messaggi, e-mail... Ne ho provate tante ma ad oggi per me è la migliore!

I really love the vanchat app for shopify. It learns and knows my store inside and out. I feel like the answers to client questions are spot on. Its great for educating customers and giving them solid recommendations. I just cant wait to see how they grow. The only thing I wish it had was either its own live chat helpdesk to handoff to my employees or if it would integrate into something like Tawk.to, intercom or some kind of live chat helpdesk. I am confident they will add something like this in the future.

I have tried many chat box apps and deleted them all as they were an embarrassment. The way they chatted with customers, giving false information and generally being useless. Not this one! It's amazing. Trained it on our website, our FAQs, all our articles and interactions on HubSpot over the past few years. It absorbed the lot. I tested it quite lot by trying to trick it into being a standard GPT, asking it to tell jokes, tried to trap it into giving false answers (and potentially dangerous answers - we sell supplements) and it didn't fall for any of it. Installed it, within an hour it had already sold a product to a customer who would have likely just left. We removed our human-operated chat box years ago, as it was just too time-consuming. Imagine all the sales we would have lost - we're not losing those sales anymore! : )

J'ai compare tous les AI chatbots shopify, celui ci est le plus riche en terme de fonctionnalites. Il est le seul a cumuler ces fonctions, qui existent aussi ailleurs pour certaines, mais jamais toutes ensembles: - Behavioral actions (le robot peut apparaitre en fonction de la navigation des visiteurs et passer des messages dependant des actions des visiteurs. - base de connaissance qui peut etre etendue a n'importe quel secteur d'activite, ce qui rend le robot beaucoup plus "intelligent". - capacite d'etre entraine avec toutes sortes de fichiers, et aussi des URL! (le robot lit les pages web automatiquement). le robot semble un peu cher compare a certains autres, mais il vaut le coup, et apres discussions avec Vanchat nous avons trouve rapidement un terrain d 'entente! Sans pratiquement aucun training, le robot a absorbe presque instantanement la totalite de nos produits et de nos pages, et ses reponses ont tout de suite ete tres precises. Et il fait apparemment tres bien la difference entre les questions indiscretes (combien de ventes avez vous realisées le dernier mois?) et celles auxquelles il peut répondre. Il manque une interface administrateur pour interagir avec le robot directement via notre interface vendeur, pour lui donner des instructions generales, mais c'est en cours de developpement chez Vanchat. Idem pour la reconnaissance d'image, important dans notre secteur (sachant qu aucun robot shopify ne fournit cette fonction a ce jour) Et le management est super-responsive et tres a l'ecoute de nos besoins.

Using the app on two separate sites, one with thousands of products and the other a small site, the app is perfect for both, the support is very high level, after trying 5-6 different tools, this is the only tool I felt I could trust.
