We haven't installed yet, but have been working to train the chatbot, and so far, it's looking really promising! Our hope is that this can lift some of the burden off our our customer support call team and answer more questions for customers and potential customers.

I rarely feel this happy about an app! I have been a long-time Shopify user, and this little app was so easy to install. It started generating orders without any extra work from me. Since my shop has a large and highly customised product range, I usually get a lot of customer questions.
