This is a great tool to add to any e-commerce website. Very easy to set up and easy to train with Q&A training feature along with the ability to upload unlimited files. Would highly recommend this AI chat bot. Customer service has been great.

Vanchat is really good. It can help us answer some basic questions from customers when we are not working. It can also guide customers to contact us in other ways to solve problems, which improves customer satisfaction and helps increase store sales! It also saves some customer service staff work. VanChat AI Chatbot is not a luxury; it's a "must have" business tool for my new Shopify home goods store. I have looked at and used similar models, and this model is on par with them; but it has added feature that it just seems more integrated wtih the Shopify software.
