Veeqo Shipping

Good for fulfillment and inventory management, especially if you purchase the handheld scanner. Reporting is weak, (Needs work on Cost of goods and determining ordering requirements. 5 stars is you stick to fulfillment and inventory managment.
Veeqo works great for my store. The integration is simple. The rates are good. And support is excellent (Gio has really been killing it for me). Give them a try and message support if you run into any issues. Veeqo works fantastic for us.
great app platform making every day shipping easy than ever very help the business grew
Veeqo works great for syncing our FBA inventory across multiple sales channels. After issues with other apps, this one has been fast, reliable, and easy to use. Linking SKUs is simple, the interface is quick, and the support team was genuinely helpful.
Great support overall. Our account manager has been proactive, communicative, and committed to resolving issues. We appreciate the ongoing improvements.
I've been very happy with Veego. It's one of the few platforms that combines shipping and inventory management in one place, which has really simplified our workflow. The onboarding team provided excellent support during the initial setup and made the transition smooth. We've now been using it for a couple of months, and everything has been running reliably. The system is easy to use, and whenever we've had questions, the support team has been responsive and helpful. Overall, it's been a great solution for our business, and I would definitely recommend it.
Works well, functions as it should. Missing a few features, but always in development with a quick response from the team, who are happy to help grow to match you needs.
Veeqo is useful for managing orders and purchasing shipping labels across multiple sales channels. It has helped us centralize shipping for Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, and we can use our own carrier accounts.
Veeqo is an excellent all-in-one solution for shipping, order management, inventory management, and syncing inventory across multiple marketplaces, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay. Its biggest strengths are its affordable pricing, robust shipping features, and its ability to keep inventory synchronized across multiple sales channels. Since Veeqo is owned by Amazon, it's also reassuring to know that Amazon orders receive an added level of integration and protection. Compared to other inventory and shipping platforms, Veeqo is significantly more affordable, making it an excellent value despite some areas that still need improvement. One of Veeqo's standout features is how quickly it recognizes new Shopify and eBay listings, often within 15 minutes. However, it's surprisingly inconsistent when it comes to new Amazon listings. Despite being owned by Amazon, Veeqo can sometimes take several days—or even weeks—before a new Amazon listing can be connected to the system. The purchase order and demand forecasting features are useful additions, but they can become sluggish when managing very large inventories like ours, which exceeds 300,000 SKUs. The purchase order functionality also needs refinement. We've experienced occasional errors during the receiving process, and if you're not paying close attention, it's possible to accidentally receive the same inventory twice, creating duplicate inventory records that require additional time to correct. Overall, Veeqo offers tremendous value for the price. While it has some shortcomings—particularly with Amazon listing synchronization and purchase order management—its competitive pricing, strong shipping capabilities, and reliable inventory synchronization make it a worthwhile solution for businesses selling across multiple marketplaces.
Great app. Seemless and easy to use.
Should be seamless, but difficult to use, worse-than-unhelpful support. No notification to user when orders are hung up in Veeqo purgatory which means angry customers. Sync is unpredictable and often incomplete.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Your feedback has been shared with our support team and is being used to improve how we handle ongoing technical issues. Regarding the sync issue itself, our engineering team has identified the root cause and we'd like to work with you directly to get this resolved. If you're open to it, please reach out to our support team referencing your existing ticket and we'll ensure continuity with an engineer who has full context on your account. Kind regards, The Veeqo Team
All I'm trying to achieve is: (1) Veeqo to pull inventory levels from Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA) and push them to Shopify. (2) Veeqo to push orders from Shopify and push to Amazon FBA (UK, US, CA). --- Seeing as Veeqo is owned by Amazon you'd think Veeqo would integrate well but I've had issue after issue. --- Every time I have an issue, Veeqo Support seem to send me on a roller coaster of troubleshooting (having some technical background myself most of the troubleshooting I'm asked to do makes no sense). Eventually the issues get escalated to the technical team but it then takes weeks/months for the issues to get resolved.
Veeqo made massive changes to my inventory over the course of 3 months that led to incorrect inventory at different locations. We had to do a stock count at both locations just to fix it. Hours on the phone with support and on chat confirmed that my settings were correct and it was a Veeqo issue that led to the problems. I would not trust it.
Back in October USPS froze all our Veeqo (Amazon) shipments from our website due to "postage not paid". From best knowledge someone was generating fraudulent USPS labels thru Veeqo. After weeks of items not being delivered by USPS and run around by Veeqo we ended up reshipping or refunding orders to our customers. Veeqo just kept saying more time, we all know no one is going to buy anything on line and wait 3+ weeks to get it. We are now 3 months later and Veeqo still have not offered one penny in compensation for 1. The items that were never delivered 2. The items that we refunded that we never got back 3. The cost to reship the item to the customer 4. The original postage that was paid. It's pretty sad that a company like Amazon does this to their users. They just keep on saying its "ongoing". Well its been 3 months I think you are best off at this point to just say you are doing nothing and we are just out of luck. So yeah, use Veeqo at your own risk. Its a great platform to use but understand if something happens they are going to leave you to fend for yourself even though it was them who took your money. Shame on you, for a company the size of Amazon this was a pathetic example of how customer service should work. Amazon them selfs would have refunded this it it was there customer direct but I guess they feel like you should not do anything for your own. FYI this has at least happened 3 times now that I have seen. Best off using Shopify shipping, Shiprush or any other of the vast amount of shipping programs. Do not take the carrot of "free" it will cost you dearly in the end.
This is some pro level gaslighting. FIVE YEARS AGO the CEO announced carrier branded packaging for USPS, Fedex and UPS, see here: https://changelog.veeqo.com/usa-carrier-packaging-2FMQi4 The carrier branded packaging does not exist for UPS in Veeqo as of current. It also did not exist when I first reported it about 6-8 months ago. BOTH chat support tickets claimed this would be a "FEATURE REQUEST", and NOT a bug. Wtf?!? I swear, they must pay these people extra to double down on the gaslighting while still not providing the features they claim they have.
we really wanted it to work and wasted a bunch of time. Almost about to go back to shopify default shipping. Not worth the clunkiness.
save us so much time, being able to sync stock across Amazon, ebay and shopify, and ordering and shipping, customer service has been great, thanks veeqo
Promising app but plagued with shopify integration problems. Veequo was pushing random stock numbers to my shopify store. In the settings I said to not import cost prices, but it imported cost prices. Veeqo imported deactivated fulfilment locations into the settings, veeqo was set up as one fulfilment location for about 25 of my skis and went into my catalog and edited each product and set each product as being fulfilled by its location. Support was pretty useless.
App didn't work well and then couldn't buy labels from them it just keep erroring out and Veeqo was no help.
Love this App and the team behind it. They are sharp and friendly. Excited to see new features as they develop this app over time.
