Veeqo Shipping

Negative reviews regarding initial bugs should be removed. I haven't noticed a single issue on my end as of 2024. Veeqo is literally the best shipping service I have found and I have tried them all. You get shipping credits for each shipment which takes a huge percentage away from your shipping costs. You can easily manipulate what packages you use/shipping services for Amazon orders as well as shopify. Like I said, I have tried all of the shipping services and this is by far the best. I had a question early on and got an email back within the hour and the customer support staff was extremely helpful. The issue was even sent to a different rep and I still was contacted right away instead of being lost in the customer services roundabout. 10/10 can't recommend Veeqo enough

Buggy and unsupported. Sync in not working right. Some addresses show up and "unverified" and you can only buy DHL labels. Try calling them with a question. Call rings for 3 to 5 minutes and then you get a VM that picks up and asks to call them back.

System isn't ready for release - too many bugs, doesn't sync with platforms in any reliable way. Support is enthusiastic and friendly but hindered by a product that doesn't work. After 10 weeks of trying to get this app to work, missing £5k in sales and losing the first part of the Christmas sales period we've given up and moved to another app. This one has potential (I liked the UI and functionality) but just isn't ready for release yet.

Not ready for prime time. Instructions on syncing our BigCommerce story didn't work. (Instructions were just plain wrong.) They only support media mail or Bound Printed Matter with Amazon. You can't ship media mail with any ebay, etc. which was a deal-killer, since we sell books. They offered to submit this as a request for a feature. Uninstalling. Big waste of time. Maybe I'll try again in a few years.

This app says it will use my FedEx One Rate rates - I've got it connected correctly and there is a glitch - it won't pull them up. The fix is with the development team and there is NO estimate for a fix on this - which to me, renders the app useless, sadly.

We have shipped for years using the various shipping platforms and we have also used various inventory and multichannel solutions for years. So we know what works and what doesn't. That being said, we have so far found Veeqo to be everything they say it is. There as always some aspects of apps or software that some like and some don't, but we are pleased with Veeqo as of today. I would like a bit more flexibility on setting up the format of my invoices and packing slips, but that isn't a deal breaker for us by any means. As to inventory sync across the various channels, easy! And it works. Best of all, the price ... it blows the competition away price wise!

It would be so perfect - if it worked. But it doesn't and they are clearly still figuring out their platform with little commitment or responsibility for their mistakes. They even try to help you, but they do not know how because they also do not know what they are doing. If your business is just starting and you do not have many orders or don't care about your inventory syncing properly, go for it. Otherwise, stay away from Veeqo.

Been using it for a short while, have to say, that we've had numerous issues that have needed support, through no fault of ours. Initial sync of stores failed, so had to use csv files, which also failed, took support three days, and multiple attempts, to come up with solution. Further issues with csv files failing to update various information. CN22 customs form failed to print for Guernsey, still waiting for a resolution. Lots of other issues, which i can't be bothered to go into. Basically, it'll work, but you'll probably need to be on to support quite regularly.

Great App that does what we need and saves us time and money. Support from Veeqo is excellent with any issues or queries.

Really easy to use, as a new business I wanted to start with a solid app integration that works between my online stores and accounts and therefore feel that as our business grows Veeqo is giving me the confidence that it will help us achieve our goals

Updated 19.02.2026 - It was a great app backed up with great support. Any queries I had with the features and functions of the app had been answered the same day by helpful agents. Veeqo are now charging for the use of the app despite receiving marketing emails advising it is totally free of charge. I've now gone elsewhere.

Veeqo is the solution I've been searching for for years. Every multi-channel aggregator I looked at was either outrageously expensive or cumbersome (or both). Veeqo solves my inventory sync issues, and its integration with Amazon Buy Shipping gives me all the convenience and seller protections I had on Amazon Seller Central. There's a learning curve to any such software due to the complex nature of multi-channel aggregation, so be prepaid to study their support articles. But Veeqo is as understandable as anything I've looked at, and their support agents are refreshingly knowledgeable and responsive (Amazon, pay attention). Veeqo continues to improve, and they frequently add functionality based on user feedback. My multi-channel inventory is synced, and I'm getting fantastic rates from the major carriers. Veeqo is simply the best.

Excellent app and equally supportive team. It does everything I need and more. I've had no issues with the software and the team are responsive whenever I have a question. I cannot fault either the product or the support. Brilliant!

Great app with really good potential, some bugs being ironed out but in terms of stock control between sites it really cannot be beaten and I have tried a few. In addition its free of charge and perfect for small business that don't have the budgets for enterprise level stock management tools. Worth the time investment to get setup and working I have moved to this for all my order. Great stuff!

Veeqo has opened up a whole lot of opportunities for us, and was the only platform that allowed us to link a shop epos (Vend) with multiple shopify stores. There are a few niggles as there are with any out of the box platform, but it's very powerful and currently free to use too! The live chat help has been great over the year we have been using it - they have been able to sort out a lot of questions and any tech issues too. Overall it's a platform that has a lot of potential and now it is well set up I'm looking forward to really starting to harness it's power.

Amazing platform that's made concentrating on growth easy. The team are very helpful and they have a chat function where you generally get a response within 2-5 min. The platform continuously has improvements made to it, and is suitable for companies of all sizes

We use this to pick and pack our orders across numerous stores and it's made us a lot more efficient and has helped an awful lot. We have found there are quite a few bugs but the support team is really friendly, quick at replying and keen to help. Progress is continually being made and they are improving at a rapid rate. Best of all it's free!

Very easy to use however the search bar in the order section can be a little temperamental. Adding stock is super easy to keep on top of

So far, so good. Still testing the system but it looks like it will work for us longer term and being free, its got to be worth a try! Finding the inventory control very good, but rather disappointed that there is no longer the stock take functionality we wanted! Team have been extremely responsive, especially Josh who is always there to help me when I get stuck!
