I just downloaded this app and needed help setting it up. Support logged on and helped me with setup in about 45 minutes. This app does all I needed it to do.
I just finished moving the app from test to live mode and so far everything is working exactly as expected. I was able to test without a rush thanks to the fact that they let you test the app in TEST mode for as long as you need. Their support is out of this world amazing. Very responsive and helpful, something not often see nowadays. The app is fairly customizable and flexible and allows you to do a lot more than the standard Shopify Shipping Rates setting.

I highly recommend this app! I needed to apply different tax rates to different products, which was quite complicated, but the app offers enough flexible options to adapt everything to my requirements. The technical support team has been amazing. They patiently worked through the problems I had accidentally created and resolved everything within my requested timeframe. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
