ASR is a foundational app that's essential to our store. We've pretty much used this since Day One of our business. We have very complex shipping set up, local/regional/national with numerous carriers and fees, and we couldn't make it work without ASR. Support is great. Any questions or technical issues I've been able to get help with in a matter of hours. (Thanks, Brian!) They're patient and super helpful.

I've loved the additional flexibility this app provides for my business and the customer support is fantastic. I had some questions on set-up and the company jumped into my set-up in under an hour and helped me resolve everything. Five stars all around!

This app charged me twice on the same day without my consent. Instead of $9, It charged $20 with my Monthly shopify Subscription. If They will be committing this kind of Fraud, I and not going to use this app anymore. I am a very disgruntled and unsatisfied customer.
Hello, I'm just explaining here publicly what we've already communicated with the the merchant privately....We are so sorry for the confusion surrounding these charges. In order to use our app or any other carrier service app, a certain feature needs to be activated on your shop. This is the $20 charge that you received. This is a charge that came from Shopify, not our app. We've explained this, and also offered a refund ( and already processed it ) for all our app charges. We've been communicating regularly with the merchant and explaining everything, and doing whatever we can to help them. But, they still haven't decided to update their review. Sometimes there are frustrating things that seem illogical in the Shopify ecosystem, it's best if we can be patient with each other, and give people credit for communicating frequently and quickly and trying to help. I do believe that accusing us of fraud is a overreaction to being frustrated with receiving charges without a full understanding of the various pieces of the Shopify eco-system, which we are part of, and here to help you navigate.

The app is great and does exactly what we need it to do but I'm really leaving this review because their support is absolutely unmatched! We had a minor issue that caused us to reach out. Turns out, it wasn't even caused by their app but they still went above and beyond and found the issue for us! Can not recommend Advanced Shipping Rules any higher!

I had a very specific pricing I needed for shipping and this app worked great. Had a minor issue (on me) setting up - I emailed support and they helped me fix it immediately. Working perfectly!

A fully comprehensive app that solved our complex shipping rules with ease and logic. I had been searching for a way to achieve something I that Shopify couldn't, and ASR came up in every search (Google, AI, everything) that I used to try to solve it. The free trial is forever which takes off the pressure of setup and testing before committing. The big plus is the outstanding, personable customer support! Molly takes her time to gain clarity on what we were trying to achieve, and guided us through right to a successful setup. So grateful.

Fantastic app with pretty much unlimited shipping rules/rates options. Simple setup and rates load super quick in Shopify. Have used it successfully on multiple Shopify site. The best support too. Molly rocks. Thank you!

Our company's product line includes items in a wide range of sizes and weights, and this app has been extremely helpful in creating a shipping scheme that allocates costs fairly — even on complex orders. It's well thought-out and fills a real need, and the developer has been very good to work with.

One of the few apps we've been using since day 1. The app never fails. And if something is wrong it has always been my fault and Molly has always been there to help. The support is straight to the point and always resolved within the first message. They keep their prices stable which is rare in today's shopify app world. Best app for shipping rates hands down.
