One of the few apps we've been using since day 1. The app never fails. And if something is wrong it has always been my fault and Molly has always been there to help. The support is straight to the point and always resolved within the first message. They keep their prices stable which is rare in today's shopify app world. Best app for shipping rates hands down.

We have two sites with multiple product groups, fulfillment locations, as well as domestic and international shipping destinations. The rules we needed were fairly complex both to build and to explain. Not only did the app accomplish what we were hoping, the support from Molly included multiple back and forth email replies with extensive documentation, patience, and even videos showing me how to set up the more complicated aspects. Great app, even greater customer support. Highly recommend.

How do we get support on weekends. I really wish we had a support number to reach a human. I cannot get my contract rates linked again after UPS upgraded their system. Advanced shipping rules is using retail rates. Can we create a rule that calculates a discount off retail rate and something notifies me by email my rates are no longer linked. This is my busiest time of the year.

Slow support when there are clear bugs on their side. Cost me losing a lot of sales at a critical time. Only email support is available, they won't pick up their phone. Get this app if you want customers to never come back to your site due to high shipping.

I had some complicated shipping rates- some items free, combined shipping, etc. the ability to use blended rates is ideal I’m NOT an IT type.. so needed help every step of the way. Molly was incredible! Her directions were exact, and clear. In a few sessions, I had everything in order and my shipping is working perfectly now. I recommend this app.

ASR is a comprehensive tool which provides users with a very high degree of control over their unique shipping arrangements. In our case, we had several zones within the same city and ASR helped us create individual pricing for each. Molly is an absolute champion and was polite, patient, and helpful the whole way through. We had some very specific requirements that were needed for some of our international shipping scenarios. This app is great and with Molly's fantastic help, we were able to get this set up and sorted quite easily. The UI is very user friendly and the rules management is very thorough which allowed us to fine tune our pricing.
