ASR is a foundational app that's essential to our store. We've pretty much used this since Day One of our business. We have very complex shipping set up, local/regional/national with numerous carriers and fees, and we couldn't make it work without ASR. Support is great. Any questions or technical issues I've been able to get help with in a matter of hours. (Thanks, Brian!) They're patient and super helpful.

The free trial is forever which takes off the pressure of setup and testing before committing. The big plus is the outstanding, personable customer support!
