This app is brilliant, it has allowed me to implement some of our complex shipping rules etc that others did not seem to have the capability to do. It has taken me a bit of time to get use to some elements but the support to help me get there has been second to none! Quick response times, communication both via email and phone to go over some finer points... I can't recommend it all enough!

The developer is accessible and responsive. He helped me set up some special rules for shipping. I sell perishable goods and merchandise. I highly recommend this app for folks who have various shipping needs and need to customize how they ship different groups of products. Update: I had to reach out to Brian when I was having an issue with shipping rates and he was very responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable, and helped solve our issue quickly

This app is great! I love that I can have Sub Zones. That's a HUGE plus for us. We also utilize the Service Code feature, helping with our ERP integration. I've worked with Brian a few times on some things and he was quick to respond and easy to work with. They even just implemented FedEx SmartPost for us! Another plus! Would definitely recommend. You get a ton of features with this app.

Best custom shipping rates app in town. You can do virtually anything with it, there are no limits. And blended rates are just magical. I was also impressed by the speed and attention of support (took less than 1 day and 3 e-mails to solve my issue), so I recommend this app without doubts.

Invaluable app and unparalleled service! No other app performs like this one and I have yet to find another team with as high quality service. I just had an issue with adding a new vendor and got an email back within 30 minutes an was on the phone in another hour, problem solved shortly thereafter. Couldn't recommend more!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND...HAD A NEED FOR FREE SHIPPING ON CERTAIN COLLECTION BUT NOT FOR ANOTHER....INSTALLED APP SHOPIFY GUY AND I COULDN'T GET IT TO WORK - CALLED AND WITHIN MINUTES IT WAS FIXED. LEFT MESSAGE HE CALLED BACK IN ABOUT 3 MINUTES AND MATTER OF MINUTES I WAS SET....GOT MY VOTE!!!!! THANK YOU ADVANCED SHIPPING!!!!

This app sorted out our shipping rates perfectly so we're not loosing money anymore. We use 2 different drop-shippers and this is the perfect app to get your shipping rates dialed. The customer service is AMAZING. Bryan walked me through step by step to get everything set up & has further helped with other questions we've had. Highly recommend!
