The customer service is fantastic!! I received help in setting up the app even though it was during the holidays. Brian even set me up in a custom plan that fit our store better. 5 stars for this app and service.

This app is brilliant, it has allowed me to implement some of our complex shipping rules etc that others did not seem to have the capability to do. It has taken me a bit of time to get use to some elements but the support to help me get there has been second to none! Quick response times, communication both via email and phone to go over some finer points... I can't recommend it all enough!

The developer is accessible and responsive. He helped me set up some special rules for shipping. I sell perishable goods and merchandise. I highly recommend this app for folks who have various shipping needs and need to customize how they ship different groups of products. Update: I had to reach out to Brian when I was having an issue with shipping rates and he was very responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable, and helped solve our issue quickly

This app is great! I love that I can have Sub Zones. That's a HUGE plus for us. We also utilize the Service Code feature, helping with our ERP integration. I've worked with Brian a few times on some things and he was quick to respond and easy to work with. They even just implemented FedEx SmartPost for us! Another plus! Would definitely recommend. You get a ton of features with this app.

Best custom shipping rates app in town. You can do virtually anything with it, there are no limits. And blended rates are just magical. I was also impressed by the speed and attention of support (took less than 1 day and 3 e-mails to solve my issue), so I recommend this app without doubts.

I called support and spoke to Brian regarding questions about integrating with Printful. He was kind enough to tell me I didn't need his product because I exclusively use Printful as my dropshipper. Thank you!!!

Invaluable app and unparalleled service! No other app performs like this one and I have yet to find another team with as high quality service. I just had an issue with adding a new vendor and got an email back within 30 minutes an was on the phone in another hour, problem solved shortly thereafter. Couldn't recommend more!

What an AMAZING experience! I was a little confused about how to make the app do exactly what I needed it to do. Unlike most apps i've seen, there was actually a phone number I could call! I called in the morning and received a call back within the hour. Not only did my store get set up the way I wanted it to run but I was even taught how to manage the app and shown the process step by step. EXCELLENT customer service! This app has been the perfect solution to our subscription shipping rules. We ran through a few other choices here in the app store before landing on this one. It's SUPER simple to setup, has many facets of customization, and the customer service has been excellent. Seriously, we are incredibly happy to have stumbled upon this one. We have a flat rate for all domestic shipments, at least 5 other tiers and product groups for our differing subscriptions broken down into US vs INTL. It's been working like a charm!

We've been using this app for a year now, it's outstanding. But what's even better, is their customer service!! We had a change occur from one of our partner platforms, and it disabled our use of this app. These guys took our call and reconfigured our setup without hesitation. I've spent dozens of hours trying to find an app that provided the functions I needed. I wasn't asking for difficult things, but no luck until I found this app! It does everything I need and so much more, but the best part is its easy to use. Even better was the customer service that was provided within an hour of sending an email. Cannot recommend enough!
