This app sorted out our shipping rates perfectly so we're not loosing money anymore. We use 2 different drop-shippers and this is the perfect app to get your shipping rates dialed. What an AMAZING experience! I was a little confused about how to make the app do exactly what I needed it to do. Unlike most apps i've seen, there was actually a phone number I could call! I called in the morning and received a call back within the hour. We've been using this app for a year now, it's outstanding. But what's even better, is their customer service!! We had a change occur from one of our partner platforms, and it disabled our use of this app. These guys took our call and reconfigured our setup without hesitation. I've spent dozens of hours trying to find an app that provided the functions I needed. I wasn't asking for difficult things, but no luck until I found this app! It does everything I need and so much more, but the best part is its easy to use. Even better was the customer service that was provided within an hour of sending an email. Cannot recommend enough!

This app and the people who provide support are fantastic! I almost always receive an answer to my questions the same day, and any issue (only had one, and it ended up being my own fault!) is resolved without having to wait weeks, like other apps. They are also really helpful when figuring out the best plan for your Company. They're flexible, and want this app to help you, not just to make a bunch of money off of you. Our store is a bit complicated when it comes to all the shipping rules and restrictions we have in place. After tons of research and playing with various apps, Advanced Shipping Rules was highly recommended by a well known retailer! Not only does ASR do everything we need for our website, but the support behind the app is on another level with quick responses and solutions. If only all apps came with such support. Excellent app! Support even better! Wish I would have found this app sooner, I tried another 'Advanced' type of shipping app but it was WAY out of date and seemed buggy.

It took a little time to wrap our head around some of the functionalities of this app, but in the short time that we've been using it, it's worked great. What made our experience of integrating and setting up Advance Shipping Rules was Brian's customer support - super fast to respond via email and phone, helpful step-by step-guidance, etc. That aspect made a world of a difference.

Super powerful. Shopify's built in shipping utility left us with a rather large problem in how we charged shipping for one overweight item in particular. This app saved the day and Brian was a huge help in making sure I had everything up and running properly.

I've never been able to have everything I wanted with shipping options and rates due to the dynamics of my products until I found Advanced Shipping Rules. This app is really cool! When I had questions I was able to call and get a live person who helped me set up the shipping rules for my entire site! That took a while too. Very impressed with their customer service!
