This is a great app. It was able to easily create our somewhat complicated shipping program where we have some products shipping free if over a certain amount and other products subject to a percentage of order value for shipping. And then we also have combinations of those products. So the app handled that with ease. Finally, we have different shipping providers and we ship from Canada to all points in North America. The service help was fantastic and Brian worked with me on the phone for forty minutes and gave me white glove service. Very pleased and all is working well and my customers have a variety of shipping options. Thanks guys.

Only app on the market to allow free items and weight-based items in the same shopping cart. Also seemingly the only app not stuck on flat rate shipping rules. Customer Service was more than helpful. Bambri knows the deal.

Excellent app which allowed us to set up shipping to multiple postcode zones within the UK. Support from the developer was brilliant and we would recommend this app to others needed alternative or additional shipping methods!

I've been looking for this app since we opened our online store. We've got multiple types of products that are only available in certain areas. There was no other solution available to us to make our store work. It's been a lifesaver!

This app is a lifesaver! My Shopify store has 4 different vendors, each with their own complex shipping set ups which are hard to manage even on their own terms. Advanced Shipping Rules basically talks to each one and then makes them speak a single language on my Shopify site. I don't even have to really be fluent in the shipping details of each vendor, as long as this app is involved. It's a very complex app which tackles so many different scenarios so at first I was intimidated to see how it could work for me. I finally did begin to do the install and set up and am so relieved to see that it's logical and orderly in the way I apply it to each vendor I use. It's terrific that I can make a threshold dollar amount for the whole cart that triggers a free shipping option. I also like that I can choose shipping fees based on a variety of options, like how many items a customer buys vs the dollar amounts. When I got stuck, I went ahead and dialed the support number and was shocked when someone answered the phone! Brian was quick to understand where I was being held up and solved my problem quickly. Very nice guy. He humbly took my feedback, too, that there were some typos and grammar issues in some of the documentation (I was an English major) and that seems like a positive sign of someone I will be able to call again when I'm stuck. This app does what I desperately needed a shipping app to do.

Awesome app!! Easy to use and understand. A must have for doing items that offer fixed shipping and calculated shipping mix. Speedy reply, and they went above and beyond to solve my issues.

This was the best app for what I needed. I called the help number and got an answer on the first try. Then, he walked me through all the steps on how to fix my shipping problem. I can't explain what a life saver this app was for my company. I have tried other apps that didn't work. Thanks so much Advance Shipping Rules ! Your app ROCKS!!

Excellent app, it does exactly what we needed which was to make certain products a flat shipping price while others are based on weight and have the blended shipping rates calculate properly at checkout (Shopify's cart can't do this). Customer service is quick to reply which is an added bonus. A+

Whew! I’m glad I found this app. I was banging my head all while installing random shipping apps and then pow! Printful recommended Advanced Shipping Rules and all of my problems were solved. I was in desperate need of a shipping rule that will allow customers to mix my Printful orders with my non-Printful orders without losing my shirt because shipping settings were wrong. ASR fixed that! Shout out to Brian for helping me out late at night and making sure that I was completely good before we disconnected the call.

Great product and extremely helpful customer service! After using this app on one of our Shopify stores, we added it to our second store when that shipping app wasn't fitting our needs. We have several different shipping fees and blending rules and Brian was responsive and helpful in setting it up for us so that everything works the way we need it to in order for the customer to see the correct shipping charges. I love not having to use a CSV to add new products to the correct shipping group. Very easy to use and Brian was flexible with us so we could set up a plan that worked for our business.

This is top notch customer service. I called the number & hung up without leaving a message. Brian called me back & as soon as I explained that I needed setup help, he offered to log into my account and proceeded to walk me through the setup. It was a breeze and works well. The live version is active on my site! Highly recommend this product.

The customer service is really impeccable. Brian was very responsive with helping me in setting up the app and taking it live. The app itself is pretty much everything I was looking for. I wanted to offer certain physical products with free shipping, certain physical products with discounted shipping and the balance of my product line with regular shipping charges. So, right out of the starting gate I'm very pleased. Thanks, Brian!

I need to echo what others have said about the customer support behind Advanced Shipping Rules. Brian is hands on, proactive and quick. I had about three things I needed to accomplish with a shipping app that I couldn't get done with standard Shopify settings. Brian listened to my needs, understood them immediately, and helped me set up ASR so that it works perfectly. And that's another matter, not only is customer support better than anything I've experienced with other apps (and yes, Shopify too), ASR actually works great. The developers seem to have thought of every shipping possibility and combination and ASR just gets it done. A slam dunk value. My highest recommendation!

I installed the App and was playing around late Saturday evening and realized I had a small issue, so I shot off an email to the support address hoping I could get things sorted out by Monday. Literally within minutes Brian (the creator of the App) had responded to my problem with a solution and I was able to get everything sorted out that same evening. I must add that the solution to my problem was not simple. It would have been easy for Brian to say that what I was trying to do was not supported or not included in my price tier but he was able to help me out in lightening speed at no additional cost - Thanks Brian. Advanced Shipping Rules is the most powerful shipping customization App that I have found in Shopify. It delivers everything I need and more is a simple efficient way. Love It.

Brian, the creator of the app, was extremely helpful and insightful! We had been losing a ton of money on shipping for about a year, while using 7 different box variations and using both USPS and FedEx as shipping providers. Shopify wasn't much help, especially with their ridiculous mentality that customers only ship with one standard box type, however Brian on the other hand, helped reconfigure shipping completely and all within a 2 hour conversation. Brian worked with our schedule and made sure we had all the tools we needed to effectively manage shipping in a way we thought was impossible. The truth is Advanced Shipping Options is just that....Advanced, and all you need is one call to get you on track with shipping efficiently.

We looked at many shipping apps and Advanced Shipping Rules was the only one that does everything we need. It's amazing the flexibility this app provides. I've been using this app for months and it's been essential to keeping our complicated shipping running smoothly. It's intuitive and easy to use and until today I've never needed support. When I emailed support today...they got back to me in a few minutes with the right answer! It's a great app with great service. I highly recommend it!
